It is possible to enter a lucid dream directly from waking. Usually this entails lying down, relaxing, and allowing the body to fall asleep while the mind stays awake. Difficulties include falling asleep along with the body, or the body staying awake with the mind. Decoupling body and mind so that the latter can stay awake while the body falls asleep is difficult but possible.

The Process of Sleep

To enter normal sleep we begin by letting our thoughts wander until they turn into daydreams that either dissolve into oblivion along with our self-awareness and volition or else spontaneously evolve into hypnagogic imagery (short vivid hallucinations) that eventually cohere into a full-blown three dimensional dreamscape.

You can wait with bated breath every day for a hint of what your future will bring.  You can seek out those who may foretell what will happen, but even that is not 100% guaranteed.  And while you are doing this, your world is moving past you at an alarming rate.
My beautiful child, it is time to be in the moment, in your moment!  Yes, it is nice to know what is coming, but it is a wonderful experience to take action and move to where you choose to be.  Never fear, there will be hints and signs along the way…..let free will and The Universe create the best future with you as an active participant. ~ Creator

If governments and corporations really wanted to help the environment and create more sustainable housing, I can guarantee you that the whole world would be using Hempcrete right now. Unfortunately, It seems that they are too concerned with keeping their very profitable system that they fear changing things.

Growing industrial hemp was illegal in the United States after 1970 because the industrial plant and marijuana were considered to be the same, when in fact they are different varieties of Cannabis. In recent years, some states have changed their laws, allowing farmers to start growing industrial hemp, which is used in everything from clothing to nutritional products to building materials. Oregon grower Cliff Thomason says growing and processing hemp was stymied because it was illegal, but now a knowledge base for best uses can grow, along with the plants.

Grades at school, test scores, accomplishments, appearances, cleverness, upmanship, smoothness of one kind or another have uprooted the heart, patted the heart disrespectfully on the head as if your heart were an unruly child, made the heart just sit there quietly on a wooden chair and behave and do as it is told. The heart of the matter has, too often, not been attributed, acknowledged, or honored for its Truth and Magnificence. In novels, yes, perhaps in oratory, yet for any heart to sit waiting for its debut is, well, a little shady. Too much of life in the world has been hidden as if the heart were, well, déclassé.

Coming up now, like spring, is the blossoming Year of the Heart, and, from now on, this is how it will be. Like hyacinth bulbs from the rich ground that have been waiting, love is coming up. Hearts all over the world are rising naturally and triumphantly, breathtakingly beautiful, seen by all the world in ardor, recognized by all. This is it, the longed-for Revival of Love on Earth. Hear the drums. Love will be okayed. Love will sing from the rafters. Hearts will sing to beat the band. Birds will lead the chorus.

The battle against Genetically Modified Organisms continues to gain steam as two more European countries have joined a rapidly growing list of nations enforcing some form of a ban against the agricultural method.

Both Italy and Austria are now in the process of banning GMO agriculture, joining a list of European countries that includes France, Netherlands, Poland, Germany, Ireland, Greece, and many more. The widespread action is due in large part to a newly created European Union rule that allows member countries to individually opt out of growing GMO crops.

The most impressive and conclusive action taken thus far globally has been by Russia, which followed up their April 2014 announcement that they would be banning the import of all GMO products with a promise to ban GMO products altogether by the country’s Deputy Prime Minister earlier this month.
