The chakras are the subtle body’s energy centers, and they bring through the energy that’s responsible for our reality and the higher dimensions we have yet to experience. They connect us with our creator and our higher consciousness, and understanding them can allow us to tap into the energy that pours through them.

The throat chakra has to do with communication, self-expression and other qualities on which most creative people rely. It allows us to communicate our feelings about life, spirituality, society and anything we think is important, and it gives us the confidence to use our voice without worrying what other people think. Even if we’re misunderstood or rejected, we’ll know our desire to help the world evolve (and the work that results from it) is genuine.

Here, I’d like to look at the throat chakra’s role in creativity as well as the things we can do to heal and balance it. I don’t know much about any of the chakras, and the only things I’ve learned about them have come from the few reports I’ve done. One of the best ways to learn about something is to research and write about it, which is exactly what I try to do with things like this that interest me. I hope it interests all of you too, and more importantly, I hope it teaches you something new.

When I was a boy, I was taken to the dentist every 6 months like clockwork for a check up and cleaning. Each time I was taken in, my dentist would stick this foam mouthpiece into my mouth with this goopy blue stuff in it. The goopy stuff? It was a special fluoride treatment.

Stories like mine aren’t uncommon. It’s routine to get fluoride treatments at the dentist’s office.

We’ve all just accepted the use and moved on from it. But should we be looking closer at practices like “silver” cavity fillings and fluoride?

Let’s talk about “silver” fillings.

Silver fillings are fillings that are at least 40% mercury. You can imagine why most dentists call them silver fillings. Mercury is the most poisonous naturally occurring substance on the planet, with the exception of radioactive materials.

The Wolfowitz Doctrine, a document authored by Zionist neo-con Paul Wolfowitz, is the key to understanding the United States’ geopolitical policy and behavior. The Wolfowitz Doctrine is the unofficial name given to the early version of the Defense Strategy for the 1990s: The Regional Defense Strategy report for the 1994–99 fiscal years. It was later released by then Secretary of Defense Dick Cheney in 1993. It brazenly advocates that America do everything in its power to retain its global hegemony and superpower status, including ensuring that Russia, China, Iran and other regional powers – but especially Russia – be prevented from attaining enough power to seriously challenge the US. In short, it’s another US blueprint for total global supremacy.

There are many quotable passages from the Wolfowitz Doctrine. Here’s one which sums up its aims:

“Our first objective is to prevent the re-emergence of a new rival, either on the territory of the former Soviet Union or elsewhere that poses a threat on the order of that posed formerly by the Soviet Union...

With evidence growing that training the mind or inducing specific modes of consciousness can have beneficial health effects, scientists have sought to understand how these practices physically affect the body. A new study by researchers in Wisconsin, Spain, and France reports the first evidence of specific molecular changes in the body following a period of intensive mindfulness practice.

The study investigated the effects of a day of intensive mindfulness practice in a group of experienced meditators, compared to a group of untrained control subjects who engaged in quiet non-meditative activities. After eight hours of mindfulness practice, the meditators showed a range of genetic and molecular differences, including altered levels of gene-regulating machinery and reduced levels of pro-inflammatory genes, which in turn correlated with faster physical recovery from a stressful situation.

Over the last years, the population of bees has been dramatically decreasing all over the world. According to the 2014 annual survey by the US Department of Agriculture, American beekeepers reported that more than two out of five of their colonies had died, meaning that the bee population has declined by 40-60% since April 2014.

It’s quite a disturbing trend, considering the consequences of bee extinction for humans and the world. Bees pollinate 70% of the food we eat and are vital to the ecosystem. A world without bees would be a world without fruit, vegetables, nuts and flowers. Not the best place to live in, actually.

Why do bees die? As in the case of nearly all environmental problems, it’s all human activity. Most scientists agree that intensive agriculture and the use of chemicals and pesticides in farming are the most probable cause of the decrease in the bee population.
