How to Bring Your Life into a Rhythm of Effortlessness and Flow
HJ: Flow and effortlessness is a result of choosing the path of least resistance. That doesn’t mean choosing an easy path, per se, but to choose a path that has the least internal FEELING of resistance. This is your unique path of flow. Follow the feeling and it will lead you to great places.

A Brief Guide to Effortless Action
By Manal Ghosain | One With Now
Can you remember a time in your life when you got lost in what you were doing? You lost track of time, had no sense of where you were, you were fully immersed in the experience.
When you were done, you felt exhilarated, yet calm. You finished what you were doing without struggle. You didn’t have to force yourself to focus, or to stay in one place. You didn’t even think about it. You were in the zone. It just happened.
If You Can Feel It, You Can Heal It
One of the most important secrets I've learned is that the hardest or scariest experiences that we have are actually our most powerful catalysts to joy and freedom.
All of us have experienced feelings we'd rather not experience. Most of us label these negative emotions, and they include fear, guilt, shame, anger, jealousy and many more.
When I first started facing these emotions, rather than stuffing them down or ignoring them, I was pretty confused about the process. I learned that feeling these emotions could bring me liberation. But I'd been feeling them all along! But I discovered that there is a subtle but powerful distinction in the way that we relate to these emotions in order to heal them.
Emotions that trap us are ones that we've judged as bad, and pushed away or stuffed down. But in the process of resisting an emotional experience, we've aligned ourselves with that particular emotion.

Daily Message ~ Tuesday April 28, 2015
Dear Ones, what advice would you want the world’s youth to take to heart? Would you want them to love, or to fear love? Would you want them to unify, or separate? Would you want to follow their passions or sacrifice and live a life of drudgery? Would you want them to live a life full of joy or one of denying self? Would you want them to embrace freedom and self expression or constrain and control them? Would you want to model to them the beauty of growth and expansion or the density of fear, doubt and stagnation?
What we are trying to impress upon you is that you are the most powerful teachers by example. You cannot expect evolution to occur without walking your talk. Love yourselves, and your next generations enough to blaze the trail for them, to demonstrate new ways, to create new paradigms, to instill empowering belief systems.
Do you see the power of this? The massive shift that will occur when your children are encouraged to honour themselves and have little to no conditioning to overcome? The new children flooding your planet right now are so highly evolved and so very sensitive. Create the comfort they need by honouring their beingness, as well as your own.
This is the power you all have during these amazing times. The changes start within each and every one of you and spread from there. That is the heart of the revolution of love and empowerment you are anchoring right now for your humanity. ~Archangel Gabriel

Perception and Illusion – How the Brain Maps Space
Two wrongs can make a right, at least in the world of visual perception and motor functioning, according to two University of Oregon brain scientists.
Much of what we take for granted about our inner lives, from visual perception to memories, is little more than an elaborate construct of the mind.
The human visual system analyzes the interactions between visible electromagnetic waves and the objects in our environment, extracts information about the world from them, and makes visual perception possible. Visual perception is considered a dynamic process that goes far beyond simply replicating the visual information provided by the retina.

The Silent, Peaceful Sage

By Wes Annac, The Culture of Awareness
I define a “sage” as someone who uses their awareness, which they find in stillness and contemplation, to subtly and quietly create positive change. The sage embodies material transcendence and expresses him or herself through love and peace, and everything flows to this quiet, still embodiment of divine perfection.
The sage who’s successfully opened their mind and allowed their heart-centered wisdom to pour through gains a greater understanding of the nature of reality, and in my opinion, we don’t have to accomplish anything to become a sage.
All we have to do is sit in silence and recognize our simplistic divinity, and we don’t have to be loved by the masses to change the world. All we have to do is transform our consciousness, and everything else will flow from the heart space, allowing us to help the world wake up.
