I’ve written a lot about eating healthy, but I’ll admit that I struggle with it. The funny thing about it is that it really doesn’t have to be a struggle, and all it takes is the willingness to refuse foods we know are fake or filled with so many chemicals that they can hardly be considered food.

For most people who want to eat healthy, the struggle lies in the fact that they’ve been conditioned to eat unhealthy food since childhood.

It isn’t necessarily the sole fault of their parents, who were also conditioned in their own ways, but either way, we need to break the cycle and feed ourselves things that actually sustain our bodies instead of gradually forming disease.

Plant growth is governed by the Fibonacci sequence, which can be understood as a law of accumulation. The role of the Fibonacci sequence in the growth of plants is a intriguing example of the unifying order behind all creation. These patterns exist at all levels and permeate the universe, reminding us that the same swirling energy is shaping, sunflowers, whirlpools, spinning galaxies, and our own DNA.

Sacred Geometry is the meeting of science and spirituality, ‘the blueprint, the structure of spacetime that organizes matter.’ It is an ancient science that explores and explains the language or building blocks of all things in our Universe.

When one looks into the absolutely vast amount of information that has been collected on the extensive number of forms in which Nature employs the proportion of Phi, it is obvious that there is no other specific number that recurs throughout life on Earth with such regularity.

You are here on Earth to serve the Universe. You serve mankind, and you serve Me. You are simply a vehicle on Earth, and you chug along, a train that stays on track whether you know it or not. You are a deliverer. You carry God’s love.

It is to everyone that I say this, for I appear within every single being on Earth whatever the mythical Human Beings make of this or not.

Whatever you are doing all day and all night or not doing all day and night, you are a representative of My love. There is nothing else for you to represent but My love. And you do it without a formal report card and feedback. What can you be but Myself?

We could say that life gives you feedback, yet that is not quite accurate because you are a simple train or one who walks on foot or even one confined to bed, and you are a messenger of the God Who created you. By whatever name you know Me, you know Me. And if you have no name for Me, you also know Me.

We could say you know Me by default. I would say rather that you do know Me yet may not always recall Me. You know how memory is, how sometimes you draw a blank. That you may not recollect doesn’t mean that your DNA doesn’t carry all memory of Me. I am established in your DNA. My memory is impeccable and reachable. Your memory is also impeccable yet not always reachable.

You are here on Earth in search of this memory that you temporarily forgot but which is on the tip of your tongue.

On any given night in the central Oregon city of Eugene, there are about 3,000 people who don’t have a home to return to. Opportunity Village Eugene, a nonprofit organization based in that city, has a big plan to end it.

Tiny houses.

The mission of Opportunity Village Eugene is simple but impactful: they want to create small, self-managed communities of low-cost tiny houses for those who lack homes. Opportunity Village isn’t a permanent housing arrangement for the city’s homeless. Rather, it’s a stepping stone to transitioning back into society and having a home themselves. “After only a few months of living there my girlfriend and I now are living a life where we are able to sustain a home on our own after being homeless for 2 years.” says Sam Johns on the organization’s website.

Everything in our universe is made out of energy. That solid chair you’re sitting on, your thoughts, emotions and memories are all forms of energy. From a higher perspective, our world is not made of solid mass, it is buzzing with light and movement.

When you’re feeling low, there is a physical energy weighing down on you. It’s a densely heavy feeling that pushes down on us; there’s a reason we call it feeling down. When you’re in a state of exhilarating happiness, your body literally buzzes with energy.

Shifting out of a dense vibration takes a bit of concentration and the want to change. Sometimes we get stuck in a loop of spiraling negativity and we don’t want to be the ones to break it. We are responsible for shifting our own emotions; but that doesn’t mean we can’t have help.
