Daily Message ~ Saturday April 25, 2015
Some people may be finding themselves in what we call the pregnant pause – a time when you know something is manifesting but you haven’t quite seen the fruits of your labour yet. We understand that being in a lull can seem quite uncomfortable, but it is actually an energetic pocket that is filled with opportunity for you.
When you are in a quiet period, it is a time that is designed for integration. You are still shifting and integrating energies from the recent eclipses and equinox, as well as solar influences. Many energetic shifts require time to fully anchor into your energy bodies.
2015 is a very busy year of change and discovery for many of you. The gift of a pause is that it allows you plenty of time to rest in preparation for the activity that is sure to follow. Use the time to meditate, for tender self care, to eat well, to hydrate, to spend time in activities you enjoy, and to get clear about what you wish to create.
The universe is always, always giving you exactly what you need. By accepting the perfection of all stages you will be able to harness the many energetic gifts of a lull period. If you can consider it preparation time to be far more efficient as soon as the time is ripe for movement, you will be able to enjoy the support and quiet clarity such periods can offer. ~Archangel Gabriel

5 Steps to Practice Gratitude in Action
Gratitude is "in" these days. And for good reason. It's a joyful, high frequency emotion that can attract more wonderful things to be grateful about.
We're told to use gratitude journals or daily rituals to increase our levels of gratitude. And these can certainly help. But they also relegate gratitude to a specific corner of our life that has little to do with the rest of us. And that, by its very nature, limits its impact on us.
In order to really reap the benefits of gratitude, we can increase our awareness and use of it in real time. This means putting our attention on the things that we're grateful for, as they occur. Here are some tools to play with over the course of your day.

Epigenetics: The Secret To Maintaining A Healthy Mind, Body, & Spirit
Science has traditionally maintained a ‘material reductionistic’ view of mind and consciousness. Meaning that the phenomenon of consciousness and mind is something to be explained in terms of physical and chemical processes in the brain. On the other hand, certain philosophies and spiritual disciplines have held the inherent assumption that physical reality is totally detached from spiritual reality and one is not accessed through the other. This is of course creating more or less the same problem as in Science.
Many pre-Scientific cultures however have held an alternative and holistic view which transcends beyond these problems. They have seen the human experience in its totality – mind, body and spirit – as being closely interrelated and interconnected with the environment, the healing medicines of nature, the celestial movements and the cycles of the seasons, etc. Everything is causally interconnected in the grand wheel of life.
I Do, I Am, It Is
You can say, “I hope, I hope, I hope” and the things you want may (or may not) come to pass. Instead…..say, “I do, I am, it is”! Change the thought, change the energy and the reality will change. ~ Creator

In the Stream of Timelessness
What does it mean to live in the moment?
It means you are where you are and not off somewhere else. You are not a minute ahead nor are you a minute behind. You are not past-oriented nor are you future-oriented. You are not thinking of something else. You are where you are.
If you are drinking a cup of coffee, you savor the coffee. You savor the people you notice in the restaurant and you savor the people walking past the restaurant. You are not cogitating past, present or future. You are in the present. In a sense, beloveds, you are the present. This is more than being in the present.
We can say that nothing exists but the present. You don’t think of a Universe. You have become the Universe. We can say that you don’t think about Infinity because you are Infinity. You are in the stream of timelessness. This is what this moment is. You are where you are, and you aren’t where you are not.
You are in certain surroundings, yet there isn’t static. There is no interference with what is now.
It is focus though I do not say that you are focused. This is a natural act. There is no effort. There is intention, yes, perhaps.
It is even away from the moment if you think you must focus. Now is focus without thinking about it. This is being where you are without thinking about it. You are Being.
This is being happy, for what is there to be unhappy about when you are alive and right where you are? Remember you are in Infinity whatever the shape it presents itself in.
