The Flower of Life: a Pattern That Makes up Everything Around Us
Physically, our world is made up of molecular and chemical arrangements and carbon based atoms vibrating away and being held together. Deoxyribonucleic Acids (DNA) are present in all life and are known to govern the way the proteins are distributed, as well as to have some influence over instinctive response and personality.
The earth itself is comprised of various elements with different makeups. Everywhere we look, there are patterns and cycles which persist without needing to be maintained: in weather, in every ecosystem including lakes and forests, and in the chain of life. Buried deeper beneath the more evident patterns that have been observed for thousands of years, there are more patterns at work which have been found in various aspects of life across the world. I’m referring to something which has many names: The Sacred Geometry, The Merkaba Construct, and the Flower of Life are just a few of the associated titles.

10 Things Children have to Teach Us
You don’t have to have children to be aware of the many wonderful ways they can light up your life, or generally teach you more than any yoda might be able to… despite the similarity in size. Spending more time with children and being receptive as well as guiding them is like a meditation in itself, teaching us many of the following things:
How to Let Go
The biggest ‘mistake’ that adults make in parent/adult-child situations and relationships is that the adult has all the answers. Our need to control and even have positive influence over a child directly reflects the egos need to be right. Kids will push our boundaries and push them to the limit, and as anyone who’s been around kids will know, the more you tell them not to do something, the more they will, even if it means having midnight feasts under the cover of darkness.

The Science Behind Torsion Fields
Brendan D. Murphy, Contributor
Waking Times
The first research generally credited with the discovery of this “fifth force”-torsion-was that done in the late 1800s by Russian professor N.P. Myshkin.1 Einstein’s colleague Dr. Eli Cartan first coined the term torsion in 1913 in reference to this force’s twisting movement through the fabric of space-time-but his important work was virtually buried by the rampant success and notoriety of Einstein’s theories. In the 1950s-the same decade Watson and Crick discovered the helical structure of DNA-pioneering Russian scientist Dr. N.A. Kozyrev (1908-1983) conclusively proved the existence of this energy, demonstrating that, like time (and somewhat like DNA), it flows in a sacred geometric spiral,2 as I detail in The Grand Illusion (TGI). Russian scientists are reported to have written thousands of papers on the subject in the 1990s alone

Psychedelics, Consciousness & the Birth of Civilization

Waking Times

I’ve been very lucky; I feel I’ve been blessed; I’ve lived a blessed life. I’m grateful to the universe for giving me the chance to live this life.
But why am I here? Why are you here? Why are we all here on planet earth? Why are we conscious? What are our lives for?
Your Winding Path
In the course of your spiritual journey there will be those that say, “How wonderful! You know you’re completely wrong…..this is the ‘right’ way.” When this happens, please remember this; each of you was put here for your own special purpose, for your own growth and learning. No one way is right or wrong. If you do what your heart and conscience dictates, you will never be lead astray. ~ Creator

Things to Let Go to Make Sure You Are Chasing Your Dreams, No One Else’s
All too often we are told the things we need to do, and the things we need to give up in order to achieve some person we are being molded to be. While some of these events are valid, there are many times where people do not know what is best for your life, or your circumstances. When it comes to setting goals and chasing those goals, make sure it is relevant to you and your life.
Here are a few things you should let go of, and what you should replace them with.
THE Dream
There is a difference between chasing the “American Dream” completed with the white picket fence. But who wants that? If every house on your block was like that, it might start to remind you of something out of the Twilight Zone. Instead of chasing a dream that everyone else wants, chase what is important to you. For many of us this is easier said than done, but look for small ways to work towards your dreams. Age and circumstance should never stop you from being the person you have always wanted to be.
8 Survival Skills Our Great-Grandparents Knew But We’ve Mostly Forgotten
For better or for worse, our modern society has made us dependent upon what many of us call the system. We go to the store and there’s our food. We go to the local hardware store and there’s our tools and wood. We pay a bill and expect our homes to be warm. But we didn’t always live like that. There was a time before this supply chain existed where we did a lot more for ourselves. I’d like to talk about 8 survival skills you should relearn.
1. Gardening for food.
This is an important one. On an individual level, we become more self-reliant and healthy. In the larger scheme, locally grown food, and that includes food you’ve grown yourself, is a key part of poverty reduction and being able to effectively feed 7 billion people or more. But how is it done?
It’s not terribly difficult. At its most basic, all you need is sun, seed, dirt and water. Of course, there’s a lot more to it than that, and this primer will help you navigate the process of starting your own garden.
2. Animal husbandry...
