The beauty of using surrender and flow is that it allows you to work hand in hand with your guides and helpers, even if you do not have the ability to consciously hear or feel them. The more you stay in the high vibrating energies of surrender and flow, the more you are creating the exact conditions necessary to start to recognize and feel the energies of spirit.

The irony is people wait to hear their guides before they are willing to surrender into the flow, avoiding the very thing that allows a very tangible experience of spirit to occur.

There is no reason to ever wait to surrender into the flow, Dear Ones! Even if you do not know what you believe, you can simply surrender to “more” and then allow the flow to work its magic, bringing you the unmistakeable experience of how loved and supported you always are. ~Archangel Gabriel

We live on a blue planet that circles around a ball of fire next to a moon that moves the sea, and you don’t believe in miracles?

The only place to be is in the present, the past is a memory and the future is a dream. People say their call to god or their prayers are going unanswered and lose faith so easily, but how can you expect god or the power to help you if you aren’t home and the door goes unanswered? If you are busy thinking of yesterday or tomorrow you are never really in the present.

I am not a philosopher or a mystic. I am just a regular girl. And the last few years have been hard – quite hard. But through this time I have understood that it was all necessary for me to be where I am today, and if even one event didn’t go the way it did I wouldn’t have been on this wonderful journey. I had a persistent voice in my head asking me to share my learnings, lessons of my favourite books and quotes that helped me believe in magic. I hope this helps you heal and move to a better place in your life.

MORNING REFLECTIONS   Every morning join with your Higher Self and Spirit Guides and ask questions such as these. What should I make a priority this day?  What foods does my body need today?  Is there a certain type of exercise that I should do today?  Are there any things I have left undone that need my attention today?

Then ask for guidance, creating a statement in your own words that include the following points. Ask for insight each moment of the day.  Ask that messages from your Guides come clearly and in ways that allow you to know they are from them.  Ask that the reminders to keep you on your Path be graceful.

Take a few moments to visualize how you wish the world to be. Then place yourself in that dream, making choices and choosing behaviors that will create this dream into your reality. Thank your Guides for their assistance, making energetic heart-to-heart connections. Remember you are deeply loved by Source.

I would like to think of something that would make you sit up and laugh. I would like to say something that would make you get out of the old molds you have been fitting into. I would like to wake you up to a new world.

Beautiful life on Earth has had a bad rap. It has been called a world of suffering. The thing is the world can be anything that you choose to think of it.

Not for one moment do I say you have called all twists and turns and slings and arrows of life to you. You may have. That’s a possibility, yet it is not a certainty. Where you come in is how you fuss and fume over what has happened, and then continue the same. There is no question that you may have been injured, and then, in life, you are injured for all time because you choose to limp around moaning. Being unfairly treated may become a theme of your life, and you will certainly discover or latch onto unfair treatment again and again.

Everyone does at one time or another. Everyone has been tripped or been told tales about or outright libeled. People have been stolen from and lied to. You probably have a mental list of affronts in one form or another of offenses to yourself.

People have been kidnapped, and people have been killed. How does your latest run of being trod upon rate in your scale of harrowing experiences now? Out of 10, what is your rating? Have you perhaps made your latest insult bigger than it is? Have you wrested every inch of heartache from it. Really, couldn’t you have tossed it aside? Couldn’t you have said: "Nuf,” and let it go?

What is your true self?

It is the you that exists at your highest excitement. It is the you that follows your passions at the height of your awareness. Your truest self is as aware as you can possibly be; you see what needs to be done in your immediate environment, in your life, relationships, everything and you do it to the best of your ability.

Becoming the most of ourselves is a life long process of learning, growing, understanding and flowing. The mistakes we make show us the solutions we can create. When we grow from the lessons we learn, we shift closer to our most real selves.
