I recently had a conversation with a young woman, a nurse by profession, who contacted me after reading one of my articles on Wake Up World. She wanted to learn more about how my work could help her release her deep pain from childhood in order that she could step more fully into her own sacred purpose – helping others heal. Throughout the course of our conversation I asked her, “On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the highest, how intuitive do you feel you are?” She replied, “Zero really. I don’t really feel I am intuitive at all”.

It was so incredibly interesting to see this exchange play out, not least because almost all of my articles speak to the fact that we are intuitive by nature and explore the far-reaching, lifestyle-improving benefits of developing self-awareness and intuitive skills. But there was something in that article that clearly struck a chord with her, and resonated so deeply that she instinctively reached out to connect with me right away.

If you are feeling frustrated, unappreciated or overwhelmed, it is a sure sign that you have become out of balance, either with your own self care, or with your relationship with others. Those emotions are your soul letting you know it is time for adjustment. It is not an indication to keep on going, ignore your feelings, to toughen up, or try even harder.

By listening to your emotional cues, you can reevaluate, recenter and rebalance. By immediately doing so, you will catch yourself before things escalate into resentment, anger, and emotional outbursts that can make you seem unstable and unsafe to others. It will also help you avoid the regret that always follows such experiences. Your own relationship with yourself, and others, will only improve by listening to the feedback your emotions and body are always giving you.

The more you pay attention, the easier it becomes to address things long before they reach crisis proportions. Before you know it, you will have developed the skill of listening to what honours you and others before you even make a decision, which will lead to far greater ease and harmony in your lives. The waking up process is a very personal experience. Once we become aware of the existence of a fabricated world we thought to be real and that our true nature is anything but what we’ve been told, there’s no turning back.

It may appear to be a lonely path, but we are by no means alone in this awakening. It is happening in all walks of life. Whether a banker or corporate employee wakes up to the scam being perpetrated on humanity and pulls out of the matrix, or a normal taxpaying worker realizes they’re contributing to a military industrial machine hell bent on war, control and world domination, we’re all the same.

And those are just surface issues compared to the deliberate socially engineered suppression of man’s innate spiritual nature, whether we call it social liberty or the freedom to create and manifest as we truly are.

Every human being has an energy field around their body. Some people call it the aura, or the luminous energy field, or simply the human energy field. The purpose of this article is not only to prove the existence of the human energy field, but also to explore the function of our DNA, the interaction between DNA and the unified field, and the influence of the human energy field on that relationship.

Ultimately, if the science is indeed correct, this is a first step to health, healing, and possibly human evolution.

Yes, of course, it makes a difference where you sit. From where you sit, you see. Sit on the floor, and you have one view. Sit on stool at a counter, you have a different view. Sit outside on the deck at night, and you can see the stars.

I am trying to say that often you sit where your intellect is and perhaps less often where your heart is. There is really one place for you to sit and go by, and that is in your heart. The question to ask is: What does my heart say?

Now, now, I don’t mean never to listen to your mind. You can use your head. Don’t run across a train track hoping to be faster than an oncoming train. Don’t tell your boss off just because you want to. Don’t beat your chest and be like Tarzan in the middle of Times Square. You can listen to your heart and be circumspect at the same time.

Maybe the question is: What does my gut say? Must my mind always have the say-so? Must I be so guarded that my heart doesn’t dare to speak?

Perhaps your heart and mind can marry and answer you as One.

I am quite sure that, if your present perspective holds you back, there is another place for you to sit.

If you were in someone else’s shoes, you would see differently. You might well understand something you don’t understand to date.

Let’s face it. Your mind isn’t tolerant. Your mind may race around and back again. Your mind is even a debater of itself. Your mind likes to stay with the status quo whereas your heart more likely ventures into the Unknown.

How pliable is the human brain? Previous beliefs revolved around a static brain – a brain which did not regenerate neurons when old ones were gone. This is the way we used to believe, but now, a new belief contradicts that idea entirely.

A paper called Trends in Cognitive Sciences, written by Princeton University’s Maya Opendak and Elizabeth Gould proposes that neurogenesis, which is the process of regenerating neurons, happens in the hippocampus when the environment changes. This process helps with adaptation when stimulus causes change in both negative and positive ways.

In a recent press release, Opendak stated, “Neurons actually tune the hippocampus according to predicted changes. You can change your brain either by avoiding negative experiences or stimulating positive ones.”
