Dear Ones, doubt has the potential to act as a formidable road block on your journey. Feeding the seeds of doubt in another can add considerably to the pile they may already be struggling with.

You are the experts on you. You are on the earth, in the body, to have many experiences. That is how you learn and grow! You do not need to get it perfect, because every experience leads to your expansion and self definition, which, in itself, is perfection. Encourage others to listen to their inner knowingness and to honour their own complete competency to try, and experience, and try again, as well! You can never, ever make a mistake if you acknowledge your own innate mastery, and the innate mastery of others.

You have all had enough of doubt and resistance and the discomfort they create. We love you for your mindful natures, but please know you cannot get it wrong! Live, love, experience, encourage and grow, for that is exactly what you have worked so hard to be present, on your beloved planet, to do. ~Archangel Gabriel

To begin for this week, I’d like to give my perspective on the importance of transcending earthly concepts that can keep us from exploring or expressing our spirituality. There are plenty of things here on earth that stop us from shining our light, and one of the most confining concepts we experience is time.

As we’re learning, time is an illusion we’ve convinced ourselves is reality. While we won’t all-out transcend our experience of day and night if we stop paying attention to time (nor will the days, weeks and months cease to go by), we’ll make life a lot easier for ourselves because we’ll no longer let it confine us.

Can you believe it, 70% of Americans are on some kind of prescription drug and more than half receive at least two prescriptions. High on the list of drugs prescribed are antidepressants. I find that shocking. Not least, it speaks about the dysfunctional nature of society in terminal decline. The system is not working! I imagine practically everyone suffers from some kind of unhappiness or depression from time to time. Why does that happen? How might we deal with it in an effective, spiritual way, without prescribing medication?…

The not-so-merry-go-round of society

I believe there are many reasons why people suffer bouts of depression, and to me, I sense it’s mainly – if not always – due to a dysfunctional relationship with the divine. I observe in the work I do with people, if we can get that inner relationship aligned and ticking well, then depression and other disfunctional experiences dissolve away.

I put it to you, that the root cause of all Depression,
is a dysfunctional relationship with the divine.

Each one of us has chosen to incarnate at this time in order to have a human life experience in a physical body. This journey may include the proverbial roadblocks, pot holes, and pit falls.

Sharing my own personal story, I consciously made the decision to stop existing and to start living my life fully without regret several years ago. Doing so transformed my life in a multitude of ways. My perception of life and all of my life experiences shifted.  I recognized that from the moment we breathe the first breath of life, we are beginning to die, and there is no guarantee that we will live for any specific length of time. Therefore, I believe it is important to live each day as though it may be our last.

With this new-found awareness, I consciously began living my life, and I actively encourage others to do so as well. If you are not currently doing so already, allow yourself the opportunity to begin living your life fully right now...

Sweep the floor of your mind. Have no old crumbs sitting there. Sweep out the old. Your life is not be spent on crumbs from the past. Anything of the past is to be swept up and taken out. No matter how vital something from the past may seem to you, it is gone. It’s not worth it to calibrate it over and over again.

Troubles and woes are to be taken out. No matter how important they have been to you, they are out of date. Cross them off your list. Your greatest happiness from yesteryear can amount only to a recollection now.

There are many things in life to keep fresh. Repeated memories are not one of them. It is as if you have chained yourself to a wall, and you chant over and over again, Why? Release yourself from chains of the past. Holding on is a weakness. Holding on is certainly not a strength.

Let go. Let go is what today tells you. When you hold on to the past, the accumulation holds you back. Stay alive in what is called the present, this moment of now that also is slipping away as We speak. Even when you get into nostalgia of the past, you set limits upon yourself. Both the beauty of the past and the pain of the past are not to be held onto. Why? Because the past is the past. Now is not the past. It is not to your benefit to hang onto the past, either the sweet or the unsweet.

You do not wear the same clothes today that you used to wear. You wouldn’t think of it. You know that the clothes from yesteryear no longer fit. You don’t persist in trying them on and looking at yourself in the mirror.

Nature – it is the world’s largest, most eclectic and expansive pharmacy, with literally millions of species at our disposal to plant, cultivate, harvest and make use of in our everyday lives. And yet, most of us remain uninitiated into the highly practical and powerful realm of natural remedies that Nature herself offers to us with open hands.

While most of us grew up disconnected from the natural world, it is never too late for us to discover the endless sources of natural remedies hidden all throughout nature – and make use of them ourselves.

Whatever your personal context, natural remedies can be grown almost anywhere or in anything, from large paddocks and small patches of ground, to pots and window boxes. Healing plants of all varieties can also be bought at local nurseries, swap meetups, garage sales, online stores, or even foraged in the wild and transplanted into your own garden.
