Learning to develop and trust our intuitive intelligence is more important now than it ever has been before. According to a recent UCLA study, we are exposed to a tsunami of information that amounts to over 174 newspapers full of data per day. That is more than 5 times the amount of information we were exposed to just 20 years ago. Included in this deluge of data are countless opinions, endless streams of expert advice and a myriad of gurus and guides telling us what we should be doing in order to live our best lives.

The reality is that the only guidance system we need to assist us in living our best life is the wisdom held within our natural intuitive intelligence. When properly developed it can and will lead us to the choices, ideas and innovations that will guide us towards what is truly in our best interest and help us create the highest good in our lives. Intuition is a subtle language so understanding the various ways it communicates makes having a deep and meaningful relationship with it rewarding, reliable and much more fun. Intuition operates in our body and nervous system on levels that range from basic, binary, survival-based communications to complete conversations that are elegant, sophisticated, and evolved.

Is there a special bond between twins? Can they read each other’s minds? Are they telepathic? If you have been hearing questions like these being asked regularly but have never found an answer, look no further. The short answer is – yes, and no. Let me explain.

As Orwell famously observed in Animal Farm, “All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others.” So it is with twins – some them are indeed more identical than others. In fact, the term ‘identical’ is misleading. The medical word is ‘monozygotic’ (MZ) for twins originating from a single zygote or fertilised egg which then splits into two (or more), those originating from separate zygotes being termed dizygotic (DZ) or fraternal (non-identical). Yet although MZ twins are commonly referred to as identical, there can be wide differences among them. Probably the most important one has to do with just when that original egg divides. Usually this takes place a day or two after fertilisation, but division can take place up to twelve days later, or in the rare case of conjoined (‘Siamese’) twins, not at all.

A new study has confirmed what many have known for decades  – that marijuana can effectively treat different mental health conditions like Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and chronic pain.

Neuroscientists at the University of Buffalo’s Research Institute on Addictions found that endocannabinoids, which are chemical compounds in the brain that active THC receptors, may help treat depression that has resulted from chronic stress.

That is an apt expression – brought to light. You Who are Light are having the Light dawn on you.

However poorly you have perceived yourself, your perception is now going to change. You are going to look at yourself in a new way. You have seen yourself and everyone else amiss.

Too many of My children have looked down on themselves. They have looked down on themselves or closed their eyes altogether and just listened to rumors and took them as gospel.

Listen to Me, and you listen to your Self.

There has been calumny in the world, and you have bought into it. Therefore, you have been off-track.

I am cleaning the lenses of your vision right now. I am clearing your hearing right now. Hear Me. You are valuable. You are essential to the well-being of the world. You are a Being. You are part of My plan for love to take over the running of the world. The world is not as you know it. The world is not its details. The world is not its misdemeanors. Nor are you your misdemeanors.

We are on earth with one passion to discover and share

I love this myth. You know, there are some people on the planet who have one passion that transcends their entire lifespan. But imagine you’re like my friend Marie. She was passionate about sewing. She sewed new cushion covers for her entire office and home. She made hats for everybody’s Christmas gifts. She was so good and passionate about it that she said to all her friends “Finally—I’ve discovered my life’s purpose!” Only to be confronted 2 months later that she had an epiphany on her morning hike that she was now meant to teach yoga and it was time to enlist in a yoga teacher training.

She followed that guidance and became a yoga teacher. She shared the yogic teachings for several years, until one day again while in a deep meditation she was met with a flash of knowing that it was time to share her gift of mediumship.
