Whatever you may think and say, you are leading a Divine Life. Instituted by Me, what can life be but divine? There are too many miracles in life for life to be anything but divine. Ah, your happiness is another story.

You attribute merit to your life or you scoff at merit. I tell you strongly that every life on Earth has great merit. You are your own specialty. Stir your own life, beloved. Life in the world forms a spiral like your DNA. Stir your own DNA. If you don’t like your life right now, recreate it. Re-assemble yourself. Turn yourself around. Remove blinders. There are many avenues before you.

The first stirring is desire. What a power desire is. On its own, desire sets up your dreams by motivation. No one ever said for you to limp along in life. Yes, take what comes as it comes to you and remember the inherent power of desire. Desire isn’t a plan. It is an incentive. Desire sets the wheels in motion. Desire to give goodness and mercy, and sail your ship. Desire is a strong rudder in the ship you sail. The rudder digs deep.

Of course, life moves you along, yet you are the inciter of your life. Life offers many chances, yet life is not all chance. Choose your chances. Open them like a menu.

1. Recognise the Negative thought patterns

The mind is a tool and uncontrollable emotional thoughts (almost always negative) are often separate from the true self. The non stop mind chatter is commonly referred to as the ‘emotional thinking machine’ or ‘primal mind’. It’s way of working is through your feelings and impressions. You may find yourself getting caught up in unnecessary thought about extreme and unlikely situations sometimes? Then feeling silly afterwards. That’s the true logical thinking self recognising the avoidable thought pattern. Subsequently, you have a choice to either, feed the thought and let it snowball or ignore it and move on. Try watching your thoughts closely and observe the negative patterns, everyone has them, some just choose to ignore them more than others.

Go for a run. Get up and go, get out of your chair and move. These words resonate with me multiple times a week as if it were some form of mantra. I never had a love for running growing up, if anything I despised it until recent. If you are like me and the majority of your working days are desk bound, you will know the stale feeling that can build up throughout the day mentally and physically. No fresh air and maintaining supposedly the worst position for the human body, sitting.

When you fall victim to the physical and mental drain of the daily grind and woes I can recommend one medicine, a simple run. I didn’t start running because I was told to, I normally swayed to weight training in the gym. Running is intrinsically natural, primeval even, whether it was our ancestors chasing prey or running from predators, it would have been a daily activity. We lost this over time as we became kings of the food chain, sinking into the more comfortable existence we now know.
