According to German New Medicine it is not a coincidence when you get sick with a cold.  The cold is linked to events in your current life, and not the ones you are thinking about.  Washing your hands and eating foods with vitamin C are good for you but those are not the events I am talking about.

What researchers have found is that there are two main phases of being sick.  There is the conflict-active phase and the vagotonic healing process.  Most researchers and medical professionals are only aware of the second part because that is where all the negative symptoms such as runny nose, fever and cough are taking place.

In the conflict-active phase our body is reacting to the conflict we are experiencing.  This can be an event in your life such as a pet dying, losing your job, or it can be an emotional cause such as fighting with your spouse or being overly stressed at work.

Your skin may be white, black, brown, red, yellow, or whatever other stereotypical color you wish to marginalize skin color with, but your heart is red. It bleeds red no matter your race, nationality, or creed. We are all united in red, and the red nation has the potential to rise again and be a blessing for a sick world, but only if we can get over our pseudo power and false pride.

If you truly understood that you can always move back into your purest essence of self – back into your innocence, your divine template – you would let go of the illusion of insurmountable hurts and very quickly move into forgiveness and wholeness, which would, in turn, create a cascade of healing in your life. If you have been hurt or abused, your wounded self may have retreated deep within in its desire to avoid more hurt, but it is always there waiting to come back into the light once it knows it is safe. Once you truly accept the resiliency and indestructible nature of your essence, and commit to being your own loving guide or parent and creating a safe and nurturing environment for yourself, you will understand that healing is always available to you by simply integrating back into your wholeness and letting go of the illusion of permanent wounds. ~Archangel Gabriel

A study out last year from the Imperial College of London shows that our brains display a similar pattern of activity during dreams as it does during a mind expanding drug trip. This study found that while dosed with psilocybin, the psychoactive compound in mushrooms, activity in the more primitive brain network linked to emotional thinking became considerably more pronounced.

Drugs (if you can even call them that) that have psychedelic reactions when taken can profoundly experience the way we see the world. This new research, published in Human Brain Mapping, has examined the brain effects of psilocybin, using data from the brain scans of volunteers injected with the compound.

Life can be terrifying. You are so identified with your body. Here you go out into the world every day, and you have no armor. Anything could happen. You go out to face danger every day. Even your home isn’t a safe place when you put your mind to it. No place is safe. The sky can be falling. A germ could get you. What a long list of possibilities, no matter how remote, you carry as worry beads. What’s the point to worrying then?

Life is unpredictable. If you can’t predict your life to the minute, then you might as well relax. Worrying isn’t a preventive. Worry isn’t a chant that protects you. It makes your skin dry and gives you wrinkles. There are other possibilities to have your mind on.

So many possibilities are before you. Why limit yourself to the fearful possibilities? Why would you do that?

Have your good fortune in mind. It would indeed be good fortune if you would let go of worry. You may say it’s impossible for you to give up worry because of the realities of life on Earth. Doom in one form or another is what you see as the reality of life. Perhaps you see good fortune as an accident.

Blessings are also part of the realities of life. You don’t know what good fortune is waiting for you around the corner.

You could save a child’s life. You could receive unlimited money.
