First, find a space to use on a regular basis for “your” space.

Doing this, conditions your mind to become familiar and therefore feel relaxed once you are in the space, as it allows you to ascend. In time, just sitting in your space will immediately relax you.

Your space can be a small area in your home where you can sit with your eyes closed for at least a few minutes each day. Choose a clean, quiet place away from all distractions where you can sit on a chair or on the floor. If you use a chair, choose one that allows you to keep your back as straight as possible...

SPEAK YOUR TRUTH   How many times has someone asked you a question, seeking your advice, yet you were uncomfortable stating your true opinion? Perhaps you were ridiculed or had a relationship tattered because you had the courage to speak your truth. To protect yourself, you created a belief code such as, “Telling the truth is not safe.” As a result, telling white lies became a habit. Other truths were built on these white lies until you became unsure of what your truth is. Many of you are living your life based on a foundation that is unstable, unconsciously creating walls that are destined to crumble.

You have the choice to tear down the unstable walls and to restructure your foundation. It will take courage, but you have the ability within you to rediscover your true Self and to begin to make decisions and take the necessary actions to create the life of your dreams. The best time to start is now. Will you choose to continue building a life around falsehoods or make the effort to create a life based on your Truth?

Do you even know what your Truth is? Look at your beliefs and choose those that feel right and make sense to you. In doing so, you will discover that you may need to make some behavioral changes. Do your thoughts, words, actions and emotions reflect what you hold to be true?

If a Genetically Modified food supplier thinks that customers won’t want to buy their GM products, they can decline to tag it with PLU codes. If retailers don’t expect the price of genetically modified produce to be any different from conventionally grown produce, they can omit the “8” that indicates that it is a genetically modified product.

At the end of the day, there is no government sponsored food labeling scheme in the United States that will assist you in determining whether or not produce is grown organically, conventionally, or is GM. In 2012, Colorado and Washington state legalized the recreational use of marijuana, much to the dismay of anti-pot advocates. They frequently alleged that it would make it easier for children to acquire, that more people would use it, that there would be more people driving while high, and that it would be an all around bad deal for these states.

In Colorado, it’s safe to say that the doomsayers were 100% wrong. Sales of recreational marijuana continue to rise with more than $34 million worth sold in August alone. That means that the state raised $3.4 million for building and maintaining schools in the state. At the rate the state is going, some $30 million will be brought in from pot taxes alone. That’s some serious dough!

I speak in Silence. You understand this, don’t you? It is not even that I have a thought. I am Beyond Thought. Yet, you are meant to hear My Words that arise as if from a fountain. My love radiates. You would say My love vibrates energy. From this energy, those that feel the light tremor construe or translate My energy into thoughts. That’s how it is that I come across to you in language and even many various languages at one time. So, yes, I am an energy that vibrates. I vibrate love. I cannot help it. I am Love, and I do not argue with it. I do not fault it. I do not question it. I accept it.

You are of the same vibration, yet you question your capacity and think too much perhaps about repercussions and a chain of possibilities. Receive My love and allow My love to flow. It will envelop you. It will envelop the world. You will be inundated in My love, and you will flourish and grow in it.

It’s all here. All My love. It is yours. You cannot hoard it, however. You have all of it, yet it does not belong to you. You are a transmitter of My love. You are a teletype machine of My love. In that sense, you are the instrument through which My love passes. My love passes through you out to the world and everyone in the world whether they know it or not. There are no boundaries to My love that pass through you like rays of the sun. There is no down-side to My love, and there is no keeping it to yourself. You are not to sequester My love or file it or put it in a bank vault.

Politicians constantly evade the truth. Why can they get away with it? According to a recent study conducted at Harvard University, it’s because people have such terrible attention spans.

Behavioural scientist Todd Rogers of the Harvard Kennedy School and Michael I. Norton of the Harvard Business School conducted a simple experiment to see when and whether people can detect a dodge. They recorded a speaker answering a question about universal health care (a controversial issue in the US). Then they attached the same answer to three separate questions: the original question about health care, one on illegal drug use, and a third about terrorism. Amazingly, subjects found the speaker just as trustworthy when he gave the response about health care to a question about illegal drug use – a related but different subject – as when he responded to the original question about health care. Moreover, when quizzed immediately afterward, almost none of the subjects could remember exactly what question had been asked.

HJ: We are the source of all the love we experience in our lives.  Even when it seems as though it is coming from other people, we can only experience it to the degree that we are willing to allow it into the core of our being.  I know people who are loved greatly by those around them but they do not love themselves fully and therefore constantly worry about self worth and even though they are held in high esteem by many, they do not feel the deep self love which others radiate towards them.
