There are so many limiting and toxic beliefs we hold on to, beliefs that keep us from living the happy, joyful and meaningful life we all deserve to live. And by giving up on them, by letting go of all the extra baggage that is weighting us down, we allow ourselves to be happy. Give up this limiting and toxic belief of you not being enough
How much stress are you carrying around? Do you feel burdened by life’s circumstances and emotional issues? Becoming more grounded and happy starts with letting go of worry and stress. I learned this in my own journey, through overcoming drug addictions, healing myself from depression, and walking away from a career in corporate to follow my heart and be a successful writer and life coach. In the process, I had to let go of a lot of things to become the person I am today.
Physically, spiritually and emotionally, I had to learn how to let go of the person I thought I should be in order to be the person I really wanted to be. Letting go of anything in life can be a little scary, but it can also be an amazing act of self-love.
Letting go of my worries and stress made a difference for me; of course I still dip in and out of some of my stress jar from time to time...
Modern life can be overwhelming.
We have smartphones, tablets, desktops computers and TVs in our faces all day long. This causes mental dispersion- a sort of chaos of the mind. We’re now connected to the rest of the world 24/7. This is great, but it also has its disadvantages.
We spend so much time looking at screens instead of real people, put so much focus on building virtual friends instead of nurturing a small group of close friends in our daily life and technology has made us so fanatical about trying to keep up with a million things at once that our productivity sinks, our minds never rest and we gradually build up stress and anxiety.
This on top of our obsession over material items are the major reasons our lives have become over-complicated. We connect happiness to getting the next new gadget or some other toy...
Dear Ones, as you take an inventory of your life and what you would like to change moving forward, do any of those changes seem daunting or hard? We encourage you to take anything that you still believe is stuck, stagnant, difficult to change, or feel you are stuck with, and reevaluate it. Is it really that difficult an issue? Is this truth, or an old belief system? Is it your own fear or negative focus that is bogging it down?

To a certain extent we need ego to exist in this physical dimension/plane. Without it, we would never get to experience the feeling of being a person, of meeting others, of being sad, angry, of falling in love, etc… The illusion of ego is necessary in order to play this little game of life we have going on. However, technically, the ego doesn’t actually exist.
It’s completely dependent on our belief in it in order to “be” something. But before we jump on the “death to ego” bandwagon, we must recognize that without ANY ego, we don’t get to take part in any of this. And before we go trying to kill it and fight with it, we must also come to terms with the fact that you can’t kill something that isn’t even real.

Love is the most powerful force in the universe, and in actuality, it is what we are, in our truest essence. As our ego begins to develop as a young adult we start identifying with it, instead of the love that we actually are. In this identification with our ego, we buy into the illusion that we must seek outside of ourselves for this love.
The further we drift from our own light and love that is already within us, the more we seek validation from another human being. As long as someone else is telling us how wonderful we are or how much they like us, we can feel worthy as a person. However, when we make another person the pure reason for our happiness, we also are giving them the power to be our demise...
