Dear Ones, what if you gave up efforting and forcing, and instead tried being and flowing? Because if effort was the secret to your success, you’d all be living the lives of your dreams right now, wouldn’t you? We see you try tremendously, falling down and getting up, time and again, and going back to a system that really doesn’t provide consistent and satisfying results.

When you be and flow, you are harnessing all of the universal supports available to you and using them to assist your creation. Everything is moving in the same divine direction. Have you ever had an inspired idea and flowed into it? Did you notice how quickly it came together, how it manifested with excitement, joy and ease? Many of you have experienced that magic, yet go back, out of habit, to your old way of efforting, rather than flowing.

We are here to tell you that you can live from that place of supported creation. It does not need to be something you only experience sporadically throughout your lives. You can create that same magical combination of elements whenever you like by employing the operating system of surrendered and flowing co-creation, and start to live a life that is far more productive, and enjoyable, than ever before. ~Archangel Gabriel

Some of you feel more crappy than happy in this New Year. I want to talk about that because when one is feeling low, happiness and all this talk about 'forward momentum' can make you feel even lower, isolated and questioning what is 'wrong' with you.

It takes a lot of courage to feel ones feelings, and to express them. Nothing is wrong with having feelings, no matter what they are. Feelings are messengers. We can talk to them, and receive guidance from them. Journal with Doubting Dave, Sad Sarah, or Unmotivated Uma. You will surprise yourself with what comes through.

Many sensitive, awake people are so attuned on an inner level to energy that it is easy to feel down more than up at times. Feelings are felt more acutely - not just ours, but those of the collective. We are also finely tuned to what our reality on a higher dimension is like, and so anything involving a lower density - fears, doubts, worries, feeling not good enough etc - is absolutely suffocating. Especially now. Especially as we enter more and more higher vibrational energy here on Earth.

CREATE YOUR REALITY   Our goal is to encourage each of you to become responsible for your thoughts, words and actions. It is time to pay attention to the way you affect your world individually. Take time to research the pros and cons of every action you take. Listen to those who have opposing views, for you may find fragments of truth you overlooked in your zealous appeal to be righteous. Take time to read the labels on things you place on your body and ingest, for many are toxic and causing you great havoc.

Rest when you are tired. Eat when you are hungry. Drink when you are thirsty. The best form of nourishment for you is pure, untainted water, which currently is in short supply. Pray over your water, asking for it to return to its pure crystalline structure. The ancients have done this for eons. When you pray, know you have the power within you to create whatever it is you wish to experience. However, be mindful when you pray for others. What you are requesting may not be in their best interest.

You could say that the Dalai Lama is a pretty interesting guy, after all his stance on extra terrestrial life is quite interesting. During an interview the Dalai Lama was asked what surprises him the most, his response was quite mind altering.

“Man surprised me most about humanity. Because he sacrifices his health in order to make money.
Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health. And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present; the result being that he does not live in the present or the future; he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived.”

Pretty striking and powerful stuff if you really take it in. Sure, it’s easy to read this quote and move onto another page or video or whatever we may be doing...

Greed, poverty, inequality, environmental destruction, war… how do they, at the top of the hierarchy, pull it off? How can a system in which so few make the important decisions, be able to sit comfortably in their pile of wealth while the rest of the world goes to waste? How can a small group of men in suits be able to direct the current in which an entire human society moves?

It’s Simpler Than Most Think

We think it’s complicated. We think that their power is acquired in a very complex, political and scientific way. And it sure may seem that way behind the scenes. But there’s one thing we forget to ask: What is the life force of this system?

With all of the police versus protester conflict and race wars going on as of late, I felt inspired to deliver a message that I believe we need to be reminded of if we want to get out of this mess, reclaim our power and create a more beautiful world. We often think it only has to do with fighting back and blaming the oppressor… but here’s another perspective:

“The primary cause of unhappiness is never the situation but your thoughts about it.” – Eckhart Tolle

When we take something personally we invariably suffer. Why? Because we are believing a thought that claims that reality, what is, should be different than it is. But is this true? Can the present moment be other than it is? No, because there is no other moment available!!

Take a look for yourself. Can you actually find some other moment (like an alternate reality hiding somewhere “off stage”) besides the one that is presently appearing? No, you cannot. Which is why resistance to what is brings suffering; you are rejecting the only thing that actually IS, for something imaginary, which IS NOT. That’s insane.
