Daily Message ~ Friday January 2, 2015
We can’t help but notice that two very important words to you – guidance and abundance – contain the word dance. When you see these words, think of us extending our hands to you, inviting you to dance with us. We are here, always, to guide you and co-create with you, in a myriad of ways. All you have to do is accept our invitation. ~Archangel Gabriel

2015: A New Year, a New Era

Written by Wes Annac, The Culture of Awareness
2015 is here, and with each New Year we meet, we’re usually compelled to ask what we want to do differently to make it more enjoyable and fulfilling than the last. Personally, my goals for 2015 are to step into a greater open-mindedness (and openheartedness), make spirit a more consistent part of my life and let the love flow to everyone who crosses my path.
I mentioned in a previous article that I’m ready to step into a more refined, authentic version of myself who can express love freely and creatively flow with no problems. I’m ready for the spiritual aspects of life to reveal themselves to a greater degree, and I’m ready to explore my consciousness even more than I have so far.
Spiritual evolution is all about growing and refining our consciousness until we reach a flowing, perceptually advanced state of mind and heart that fills us with the spirit and inspires us to use our inner love to bring our reality into a higher vibration.

Cannabis, Spirituality and Sensibility

Written by Wes Annac, The Culture of Awareness
I’d like to give my opinion on the potential spiritual benefits of consuming cannabis, which, despite that I haven’t written much about it, is something I’ve been interested in ever since I started writing and blogging about spirituality.
Almost everyone has used cannabis at one time or another, and most people see it as little more than a drug that can cause a temporary euphoria and, in some people’s opinions, create laziness and a depleted drive to contribute to society with any degree of intelligence.
Our governments have used stereotypes to keep us from considering that cannabis can be used sensibly or for a deeper purpose, and a lot of people believe it has a wealth of spiritual uses that can help us tear down our mind-driven barriers and raise our vibration – as long as our purpose in using it is clear.

Resveratrol activates ancient stress response
Scientists at The Scripps Research Institute (TSRI) have found that resveratrol, the red-wine ingredient once touted as an elixir of youth, powerfully activates an evolutionarily ancient stress response in human cells. The finding should dispel much of the mystery and controversy about how resveratrol really works.
“This stress response represents a layer of biology that has been largely overlooked, and resveratrol turns out to activate it at much lower concentrations than those used in prior studies,” said senior investigator Paul Schimmel, professor and member of the Skaggs Institute for Chemical Biology at TSRI...
Resveratrol is a compound produced in grapes, cacao beans, Japanese knotweed and some other plants in response to stresses including infection, drought and ultraviolet radiation. It has attracted widespread scientific and popular interest over the past decade, as researchers have reported that it extended lifespan and prevented diabetes in obese mice and vastly increased the stamina of ordinary mice running on wheels.

Operation Northwoods, The 1960s Government Plan To Fake Terrorist Attacks On The U.S.
In 1997, the John F. Kennedy Assassination Records Review Board released a pile of records from the Kennedy era. Among them was a 1962 document titled “Justification for US Military Intervention in Cuba.” The memorandum concerned something called Operation Northwoods, a plan to create fake attacks on “friendly” defected Cubans, U.S. military bases, and U.S. citizens — all designed to appear conducted by Cuba. This action, known as a “false flag” operation, would be used to garner the public and political support necessary for direct military intervention against Cuba. And the plan wasn’t some crackpot scheme devised by a minor official – it was sent from the Joint Chiefs of Staff to the Secretary of Defense, Robert McNamara.
California Fukushima? West Coast Plant A ‘Ticking Time Bomb’
Source: www.naturalsociety.com | Original Post Date: December 7, 2014 –
Greater scrutiny of Diablo Canyon’s twin nuclear reactors is needed, says Sam Blakeslee, a former California state senator. Blakeslee testifies to a Senate panel this week that makes determinations on public safety issues. He feels that the nuclear power plant poses a hazard should an earthquake happen in California, since the reactors are on fault lines.
The reactors are located near several faults on a seaside bluff midway between Los Angeles and San Francisco.
Of course, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and owner of the plant, Pacific Gas and Electric Co. (PG&E) have vehemently defended the safety of the site – just as TEPCO...
If You Weren’t Already Pissed At Walmart, This Will Probably Do It For You
Walmart is quite the force of our economic system. They’re a massive company employing many thousands of people all over the United States. You gotta hand it to them, they did something right! But the Waltons have opted to be misers about their wealth, keeping it all instead of giving it back to the employees. The employees at one store are so poor that they held a canned food drive – for each other! In what world does that make sense?
If Walmart simply paid their employees a living wage, not a get rich wage but a living one, the US taxpayer would save more than $6 billion in welfare dolled out to the employees. I don’t know about you, but it sounds like the right decision to make.
The Importance of Forgiving Yourself
By John Holland
Do you find forgiving yourself harder than forgiving others?
There may be times when you do something you’re not proud about. Yes, we all do it from time to time, some of us more often than others!
The feelings of shame and guilt will complicate your life causing stress and emotional discord. It weighs heavy on your soul. Societal conditioning encourages us to forgive everyone else for our actions, but if you don’t forgive yourself, you’ll end up holding the key to your own emotional captivity.
Many of us agonize over our past mistakes, living them over and over again in our minds, like a video player caught in a perpetual replay loop. It depletes your energy and prevents you from forgiving yourself. When you feel guilty, you attract punishment into your life, and in situations that are more serious, you even manifest it for yourself. It’s easy to reconcile the feelings, by saying: “I deserve this.”..

The Person in Front of You
When you are loved by the Creator of the Universe – and I most assuredly do love every which one of you – how then can you be anything less than gracious to everyone you meet? The only way you can be less than gracious is that you forget to be gracious. You forget that I have assigned you as the Welcomer of All in the Universe I created. This isn’t an assignment to take lightly. A Welcomer welcomes. That’s it.
The welcoming does not depend upon superficial impressions. It is not dependent upon your mood. It does not depend upon how much you have to do. It depends upon nothing but your willingness to act on My behalf.
And, so, you are to welcome everyone with good grace and without petulance or grievousness or impatience or haste. Whether you spend one minute or forty-five minutes, you pass on a gracious welcome. What good is a Welcome to the Universe without graciousness? It is no welcome at all.
Impatience isn’t welcoming. Trying to change someone’s ways isn’t welcoming. You are not to welcome anyone by suggesting they enter another door. This isn’t about the one you welcome welcoming you. You are the Welcomer.
You do not have to say Yes to everything, yet you are to be gracious. That’s how it is. Whether you welcome one or a million to the world, you are gracious. You communicate welcome and not correction.
If you think this is difficult to do, then think again and learn to make it easy.
I ask you to uplift everyone before you. If you cannot uplift, then, at the least, you are not to put down anyone I set before you.
