HJ: Intuition is like a muscle — it gets stronger the more you use it.  And it also requires trust in oneself and the larger principles that govern intuition.  The fact is that we are constantly receiving intuitional messages but most of us are so used to not listening to them and instead relying on our logical minds that they go unnoticed (in a sense).  Those just getting started or learning to live solely from their intuition must begin an ‘experiment’ of sorts.  You must suspend doubt and disbelief for a time and begin to follow the voice of the heart no matter where it leads you — trusting all will work out beautifully — and then experience for yourself firsthand the flow of intuition and how beautifully it always works out.  Then your first hand experience will create the trust you need to turn your life over to it.  And that, my friends, is when things get magical.

ATTEND TO YOUR NEEDS   Your body, mind and spirit all work together. When one is out of balance, it affects the other two systems. We cannot stress enough the importance of setting time aside daily for reflection. Go within and seek things that are holding you back from your true destiny, a life filled with joy and abundance.

We encourage you to bless your emotions, whether you deem them good or bad, for a time will come when you realize the importance and value of each. In your daily reflections, arouse the highly charged emotions that drive you toward fulfilling your passion and those that hinder you from fulfilling your dreams. Use these emotions in such a way that the energy (E) pushes you into motion (E-motion).

Allow yourself to feel the emotions of past events that are triggered by current events. If they leave you feeling anything other than joy, pay attention to them. Look for ways you can bless the past situation, forgive yourself and others involved and move on, for emotions that create fear, anger, frustration and such will block the flow of love, joy and peace.

When you are connected to the source of who you really are, you know it, because life flows with ease and grace. You can create what you desire, and you are joyful, peaceful and abundant. Everything in your life is a direct result of being connected or not connected. When you set your intention on getting connected first and foremost, you will also align with the realization of other resolutions that you may desire.

The less connected you are, the harder it is for the universe to answer your hopes, dreams and prayers – not because you are less deserving. You are always deserving, but rather because you are not plugged in and the energy cannot flow – therefore what you desire cannot manifest in your life. Manifestation is the flow from thought to thing. The more connected you are, the easier thoughts can flow into things. In other words, the easier and quicker the universe can deliver your dream.

You have innate control of this connection – you are the captain of your ship and you can consciously make choices, on a moment to moment basis, that either connect or disconnect you.

Earthquakes and tsunamis can’t beat Japan

Can earthquakes and tsunamis put the Japanese food producer down? Apparently not. Sanriku Fukko National Park now hosts the world’s largest indoor farm. It was built inside an old, 25,000-square-foot semiconductor factory and uses 100 times less water than an outdoor farm. What’s more, they claim that their produce contains 8 to 10 times more beta-carotene and twice the vitamin C, calcium and magnesium as its outdoor-grown counterparts.

Sometimes we are too close to see the big picture. Our eyes are focused too narrowly to see all that is around us.

The aware see what they can feel and become aware of. They taste the nature of consciousness and realize that consciousness is all that is.
