HJ: The only thing keeping you from having what you want — particularly the life, happiness and fulfillment you want — are emotional and spiritual blockages.  Emotional states create outcomes.  Your emotional state determines what you are capable of doing and becoming.  A severely depressed person will constantly be struggling with themselves and hence experience the reflection of that in their lives.  Someone happy and motivated will produce the opposite results of the depressed person.

High level coaches and high achievers know that at the end of the day, it’s all about state management.  Specifically emotional state management — it opens up the doors for you to experience and create literally anything you want.  However, the key to that is healing emotional and spiritual blockages.  In order to become a master of your emotions, you must remove those things which are holding you back and that happen on autopilot without your conscious control.  Automatic emotional patterns ingrained into your system must be erased or reprogramed so you once again gain control over yourself.

Why, if the vaccines work, is South Korea experiencing year after year increases in chickenpox (varicella) outbreaks as their mandated vaccine uptake (97%) reaches close to universal compliance? 

In 2005, the varicella (chickenpox) vaccine was mandated in South Korean for infants at 12 to 15 months of age. Despite near universal vaccine uptake (97% by 2011, rather than see a reduced burden of chickenpox in South Korea as would be expected, no substantial decreases have been observed there nationwide. Quite to the contrary, the number of varicella patients reported to the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (KCDC) increased from 22.6 cases per 100,000 in 2006 to 71.6 cases per 100,000 in 2011.

Once upon a time we could be out of alignment with ourselves, out of alignment with our heart/truth/higher guidance/Source, and somehow get by. Not necessarily smoothly or healthily or comfortably all the time, but if we wanted to ignore or avoid something we somehow found a way to distract ourselves from our inner truth and highest knowing.

Now however we are dealing with a whole different ballgame. There is a distinct feeling of 'you're either in your flow/aligned, or you're not' with not much grey in between. The 'in your flow' moments feel fab....synchronicities happen, unexpected miracles and abundance manifest, you feel happier and lighter, there is a sense of openness and expansion.

The 'not in your flow' moments feel terrible, and I'm being polite with the wording there. Tightness, tension, chaos, drama, mental anguish, emotional anxiety, physical health issues, it is not a happy place to be. On many levels it is painful, and in most cases it is unnecessary pain.
