Coconut oil has long received criticism because groups of nutritionists and scientists had incorrectly labeled it as a promoter of LDL cholesterol, which has since been exposed as not being “bad” at all. This message is for the change makers of the new paradigm that’s being imprinted over the old order that was out of harmony with our environment, our universe, and the greater whole of reality.

You are here on Earth right now, feeling you have something to accomplish, correct, and create. You can feel overwhelmed and overburdened given how much damage and suffering is occurring on this planet.  Don’t let your light become dim over anxiety of your vision being too difficult to manifest into reality. If you don’t bring the change, that change may never come.

You may feel angry. You may feel that the matrix of society is something that you need to destroy and build anew. You aren’t alone in feeling this way, as you can see in all the protests, uprisings, and revolutions worldwide of others standing up to the old oppressive and hierarchical authority structure that exists all over this planet.

Many human beings don’t like to “put themselves out there” for another person. They think, I’m not going to love that person if they don’t show me they love me first. Or, Why should I appreciate that person because they don’t appreciate me? We understand this may seem very prudent and wise from your perspective, but it cannot get you where you wish to be. In fact, by living that way everyone holds out and nobody wins.

When you make your responses dependant upon another’s actions, you are giving your power away. You are limiting your experiences because you are placing yourself at the mercy of another. What may have seemed smart to you is actually a severely limiting choice.

Dear Ones, you lead your life expression by choosing what you wish to energetically embody and becoming what you wish to receive. Every choice you make is an energetic declaration of self and preference. If you wish to have love, love. If you wish to have appreciation, appreciate. You can absolutely steer your flow, and your experiences, by being a vibrational leader and your own energetic hero, by choosing to BE, and to give, what you wish to receive. ~Archangel Gabriel

ASCENSION PROCESS   The word “ascension” has many meanings, depending on your cultural beliefs. The term literally means, “to rise above.” What is it that you are rising above? It is the menial nature of humanity. All of you have the ability to rise above mundane living and live in a world you co-create with others, both on Earth and with those living in other Dimensions. Time and space are illusions to allow this experience to feel real. There was no other way for you to have the experience of Not-Love when you were fully immersed in Love. Birthing into a Realm where you have forgotten your true roots allows you this experience.

Many of you have been on Earth for scores of lifetimes and have now tired of the tedious nature of mundane living, having experienced all there is to offer here. We suggest you no longer be concerned with the “what ifs” and spend your time making the changes necessary in order to fill today with joy and peace. What do you need to do in order for this to happen? It is imperative that you take time each day to monitor what you are feeling and then make changes in the areas that cause you unrest.

Have you noticed the feeling of quickening time, where things seem to be happening faster? Did you know that the heartbeat of the Earth is pounding faster than ever before? What does this have to do with you? You are essentially a child of the Earth; you are made from the same molecules that she is made from. She is your host; try to live without her! As the earth’s vibration raises, so must yours.
