Despite its advertised promise, the experience of heartbreak is often chaotic, confusing, and messy. Most people want to get out of it as soon as possible. And for good reason; it hurts. Trying to escape heartbreak prematurely, however, leads to the perpetuation of pain, otherwise known as suffering. While everyone´s journey through heartbreak will be unique, there are many helpful tips as well as a context of healing for how to embody this process in order to be released from the depths of pain and loss as a renewed, wiser, more genuinely loving person.

At some point each of us faces heartbreak. Whether we lose a loved one, our health, a piece of land or a whole planet to over-development and toxicity, each is a kind of heartbreak. Some heartbreaks bring us to our knees, and these occasions hold the promise the most growth and initiation into deeper love.

Fear. Anger. Sorrow. Doubt. Overwhelm . . . All of those and more. The sages faced them . . . and faced them . . . and faced them . . . and through persistent compassionate facing (hint: meditation) they discovered something remarkable.

...mainstream studies outlining the deleterious effects of fluoride are commonplace – in 2006 the National Research Council released a 500 page review, which took 12 scientists over three years to produce and described in great detail why EPA’s purportedly “safe” drinking water standard (4 ppm) needs to be reduced in order to protect human health. The report documents myriad potential hazards from fluoride exposure, including damage to the bones, brain, and various glands of the endocrine system. According to Dr. Bob Carton, a former risk-assessment scientist at EPA, this report “should be the center piece of every discussion on fluoridation. It changes everything.”

How many times have you moved through your day expecting to get paid? The expectation of compensation is almost subconscious but it is there. A “thank you” expects a “you’re welcome”, a kindness expects a kindness in return. If you do not receive these things, it is perceived as rude, crass or mean. Every moment we are conscious, we are creating. Whether we accept it or not, we are always co-creating with the Universe. Our beliefs, attitudes, the actions we take, the lens through which we look at life—it is all part of the creation process. The movie The Secret made the word “manifesting” popular. Shaped by my personal experiences and extensive research on manifesting, I was able to put together ten ideas that can help speed up your manifesting process. MOVING BEYOND DOUBT   There is nothing wrong with doubt, for there are many false teachers and many invalid responses to scientific query. However, instilled within each of you is a way of knowing what is true and what is the best solution for whatever you seek. How can you tap into this knowingness to such a degree that you move beyond doubt?

Can you recall moments when you just knew something was going to happen and it did? Have you ever been thinking about calling someone on the phone, while at the same time she was dialing your number? Have you ever felt someone was in danger or ill and then discovered this was true? There are countless stories of people knowing when a loved one has crossed over. How can this be?

Have you ever been seeking information on a topic then walked into a bookstore and instinctively been drawn to the perfect book? Have you ever had a question and somehow the answer came into your mind even though you didn’t know where the information came from?

There are many ways we respond to your desires. Once you clearly state an intention and put passion behind it, we can move forward to help you create your desire. What if you were able to move beyond doubt and were to begin creating your reality on a conscious level in tandem with your Higher Self and Spirit Helpers? Can you imagine the possibilities?

My children are often looking forward fervently to what comes next in their lives. This is good. A good way to get to the future that you are eager for is to simply let go of what has been. I am referring to the past you attach yourself to.
 
Some of My children are gripped to remorse, regret, rue of past actions or non-actions. In any case, too many times, you have too many regrets and thoughts and actions you would redo if you could, if you knew how, if there could be a way. The only way you can go back and erase or add to the past is by letting go of it and simply moving forward. There is no back-tracking. There is only going forward.
 
Turn back the pages of the past. Leave them behind. You cannot nourish your life on regrets. When you regret and regret and repent, you bury yourself in deeper. Then regret and all become a mainstay. Honestly, when you regret, regret once, and be done. Otherwise, you are a slacker in life. You pull yourself from behind. Rue and regret are a Never Land that keep you from entering the present.
 
Know and know well that I release you from the past. It never was. You have a recollection of an imaginary time. I relieve you of guilt. Guilt is a shackle, and I free you from it. It is not noble to feel guilty. It is a waste of time and energy.
