The rate of change that is occurring worldwide in human attitudes and behaviors is truly amazing, and is extremely uplifting and inspiring to observe.  In fact it is way beyond wonderful as more and more of you become aware that Love is the only meaningful energy with which to engage as you pursuewhatever you may be thinking, saying, or doing during your daily human activities.  The effect that you – and your numbers are VAST – who consistently and daily set the intention to be only loving, whatever arises, is fantastic.  Before you incarnated you knew that you could do this, but you did not know if you would do it, because the state of amnesia into which you slide as you embody yourselves as humans is rather like being incarcerated in a highly fortified prison or correctional facility, one that totally blocks all information from outside that might be of interest or of use to you.  You knew this would be the case, but you also knew that you had enormous power available to you if you could remember how to access it.

You feel it, I know you do.  The energy has shifted/lifted to something a bit lighter and airier than it has been in recent weeks.  The Universe is giving you a little breather from the heavy lifting you have been doing recently. (Smiling) Yes, there are still deeply buried things to be discovered and work to do but, you have experience in releasing them and it will get easier as you go along.  Your homework for today; relax and recharge, you deserve it! ~ Creator

Dear Ones, we urge you to experiment and play with your own energetics. If you intuitively connect with it, what colour is your energy field?  What colour is it when you are balanced and embracing the highest energetic level available to you?  What can you do to restore it to that ideal level? What colour is any area that might need healing?  What colour infusion would bring it relief?

What word or essence would soothe you?  Place that word in your energy field.  How does that feel?  Are you feeling strongly affected by the energies?  Do your seed of light, which is simply finding a golden spark in your centre and watching it grow until it expands its golden sparkling light until it is extended arm’s length all around you.  Still uncomfortable?  Try placing a soft fluffy pink energy all around its edges.

You are the experts of your own energetics.  Do not be afraid of them, or feel like you have no control over them.  Play!  Use your imagination, which is the bridge to the psychic part of your mind.  Ask your energy body what it needs to thrive.  Mix up your own special energetic blend of light and pour it into your energy body right through your crown.  Find what works for you, what helps you shimmer and shine.  This is well within your capabilities and yet another way you can explore your own sovereignty. ~Archangel Gabriel through Shelley Young

If you see your discomfort as being punished or forsaken by the universe, you will always be in resistance to it, which will only create more discomfort. The more you see things from the viewpoint of victim consciousness, the more you will continue to stay in the discomfort of that illusion.

The more you can embrace the idea that you are in a process of evolution, one that your soul not only chooses every single day but is beyond excited to experience, the more you can stay in the energies of acceptance, which is exactly what allows you to shift and move forward with the most comfort and ease possible.

As with all great births, some discomfort comes with your emergence into a new, expanded expression of physical form. Your acceptance (deciding to go with the waves rather than fight against them) is the soothing balm that assists those rebirths and celebrates the miraculous shifts that are occurring.
