Faith is the belief in something bigger than yourself. Trust is the belief that that bigger something is consistently there for you in all ways. It is your faith and trust that allows you to move with the flow with the most ease possible. If you are resistant to the flow, what can you do to deepen your trust?

Trust is an incredibly important element in your life for it is what allows you expansion, growth, and forward movement. Trust is also the element most human beings struggle with the most. You deepen your trust by starting to work with the universe, through meditation, asking for assistance, watching for signs, and playing with the divine combination of surrender, faith, flow, and trust.

You might start out treating it like an experiment. Surrender with the intention for your highest good, enter into the flow with your faith and trust and see what happens. Watch for the signs and synchronicities. If you allow yourself to stay in the system and pay attention, you will start to see the magic that abounds around you, and how incredibly guided and cared for you are.

God said:

Beloved, there is a new readiness for Heavenletters in the air. The world is ready to eat up Heavenletters. The time has come. What are you waiting for?

If dreams are coming true, it is time to celebrate. You, in opposition to My thinking, tend to want assurances, want to be absolutely sure this is the case. You don’t want any wooden nickels. You desire immediate and full satisfaction. You want to be sure of the highest assurances. You are not the one who has to have reassurances.

Here’s the thing: Sometimes this absolutism you crave can take too long. I say it is better to have the celebration now and all the rest can scramble into existence. I say: Let’s get everything set up for the birth of the baby. It is enough that the baby is due.

You may believe that the changes within will come with great flashes of light, booms of insight and staggering moments of enlightenment…that is not always true.  The most profound moments of your growth come in small, quiet ways.  There is often a gentle shift if your perception that, in one moment, will change your life and its direction forever.  It is not necessary to feel each one.  Just knowing that, with every breath you take, a miracle is happening, and it is all for you, my love. ~ Creator

When emotions come up for release labelling them can be a very helpful exercise, for it will assist you in feeling into them. You may be surprised to discover that once you feel into something and properly label it, it will instantly dissipate. If it persists, feel again to identify other emotions that may be part of the mix.

So for example, you may feel hurt by something. You feel into the hurt and it lifts a bit but there is still discomfort there. You feel again, and you discover disappointment. After the release of that, you still feel discomfort and you realize there is sadness. And perhaps frustration. And under that, fear. How remarkable that you have advanced to the point where you can now stay with it and heal many different layers at once!

This is the way to process what is ready to leave and what you wish to release, for it is through your exploration and naming of the emotion that you give it your permission to go. As with all things, your free will and your own divine guidance leads the way. To think of it, an embracing today that says the day itself, without effort, makes you begin to smile. Why not today a day elated?

If you had an umbrella, you would swing it! There would be a bounce in your step! You might step in puddles! You might know that this day recognizes you, and you would feel worthy. As it is, today is made up of your very life. You are ready to be happy!
