One of the most profound things you can do in this time of change is be true to yourself.  This does not mean putting others down, shouting about who is right or acting out in any way.  It does mean finding that soft, quiet center, listening to what it is saying to you and reflecting that behavior to the world in a way that works for you.  During this chaotic period on your Earth plane it may be challenging, but it can be done.  The Universe is always available to help and support you in maintaining your boundaries, sense of self, honesty and integrity. ~ Creator

Dear Ones, you are meant to move with the ebb and flow of the universe. That means sometimes you release, and other times you integrate. Sometimes you rest, sometimes you take action.  Sometimes the focus will be the divine feminine and others, the divine masculine. Sometimes you give, and others you receive.

It is not about finding one specific thing, rather, it is moving with whatever is being supported at any given time. This means placing your focus on whatever is taking precedence, and to trust in the divine intelligence of the universe, as well as your ability to harness and work with the energies.

Dear one…this most recent shift is inviting you to release, release, release!  The old ways are in their final throes and you may find yourself being confronted by them in many ways, from many different angles.  During these situations, it may be challenging to ‘keep your cool’ and let go but, it may be necessary if you want to continue walking your chosen path.  Before you make the decision to respond, ask yourself these questions;

Will I be heard and understood?

Will it add to or take away from the greatest good?

Would I be speaking to assuage my own ego?

Will my response be from a place of kindness and compassion?

Will I be using words that would hurt or wound another?
