What would I say to myself if I were my own loving guide? What advice would I give? What support would I offer? These are excellent questions to ask yourself as they automatically align you with your own divine wisdom.

Upon your arrival, you were given many gifts and tools.  Some you knew how to use from the very start and others required some practice.  Three at the top of the list are love, compassion and understanding.  Even without prior knowledge on how they worked, they have been there to guide you through your most trying human moments.  Yes, they may have been misuse by others, but that didn’t stop you from continuing to display them in your every day life.  During your resting time, please remember to give these things to yourself.  With a deeper and more profound understanding of each, you will have what you need for the ‘next wave’.  Preparation is and always will be key. ~ Creator

Dear Friend, as you set out in life, what are you setting out for, do you know? Do you have any idea what you want your path or paths to be in the world and, furthermore, your path to Me? What is your general direction as you see it? Don’t be premature. As yet, you have no need to look for a map or an exact plan and attempt to follow it to a T. You will come across your path, or your path will find you.

We encourage you to embrace your meditation/visualization practices, not only for the considerable health benefits they offer you, but also to have fun dusting off your imagination and exploring your creator self in a realm where you believe anything is possible. You simply think of what you wish to create and it is there.

If you understand the concept of as above, so below, you can start to lighten up and open up to the endless experiences that are available to you in your physical realm, as well. The only difference between the two realms is that in meditation you are an instant creator, in the physical realm there is a lag time. As you and your planet continue to evolve, that lag time is becoming shorter and shorter.

If you find it difficult to concentrate on visualizing or seeing psychically, it can be helpful to cover your physical eyes with something. The second your physical eyes know they cannot see they will stop trying. This will encourage your brain to stop wanting to look at things conventionally and begin looking with the psychic part of your mind. This little known tip is simple yet profound and can greatly enhance and deepen your meditation or visualization practices.

It is time to retreat and rest, dear one.  You have been working harder than you ever have before and the need for some peace and quiet is well-deserved.  Others may push you to keep going, but you know what is best and you have a right to say, ‘No, not today.”
