We encourage you to embrace your meditation/visualization practices, not only for the considerable health benefits they offer you, but also to have fun dusting off your imagination and exploring your creator self in a realm where you believe anything is possible. You simply think of what you wish to create and it is there.

If you understand the concept of as above, so below, you can start to lighten up and open up to the endless experiences that are available to you in your physical realm, as well. The only difference between the two realms is that in meditation you are an instant creator, in the physical realm there is a lag time. As you and your planet continue to evolve, that lag time is becoming shorter and shorter.

If you find it difficult to concentrate on visualizing or seeing psychically, it can be helpful to cover your physical eyes with something. The second your physical eyes know they cannot see they will stop trying. This will encourage your brain to stop wanting to look at things conventionally and begin looking with the psychic part of your mind. This little known tip is simple yet profound and can greatly enhance and deepen your meditation or visualization practices.

It is time to retreat and rest, dear one.  You have been working harder than you ever have before and the need for some peace and quiet is well-deserved.  Others may push you to keep going, but you know what is best and you have a right to say, ‘No, not today.”

The next wave will bring many very intense changes throughout your world and this rest period is essential for your over-all health.  Revel in it, swim in it, love yourself through it and breath it in.  It is your time! ~ Creator

Beloved, you are the Highlight of My Being. You are what I am about. You are My focus. You, your life etc., do not require so much of your attention. Inasmuch as you have Me in your corner, why would you be so focused on your specific life to the extent you are?

Of course, one likes to hear: “Life isn’t all about you.”

Nevertheless, this is good advice. There must be better ways to say this. Here are some I think of:

“Love your brother.”

Dear Ones, what you push against most in your life is usually where you wish to prove yourself right. We ask to whom? The need to be recognized as right is still demonstrating a need for approval from others, or agreement from others, before you can let something go and honour yourself.

There is no need for another to give you permission to feel the way you feel. If something feels wrong for you, it is. There is no need to defend yourself, explain yourself, or otherwise make it be alright with others that it is not right for your path. The fact that it doesn't feel good is the only reason you need to redirect and choose something different.

You cannot step into your own mastery and still be looking for approval from others, for not honouring your own path until you get external validation is still giving your power away. You are mindful, wise, aware, and the only qualified expert on you. You have everything within you already to discern what empowers you and matches you energetically.
