6 Ways To Protect Yourself From Negative Energy

Art by: Android Jones
We’ve all known someone at some time or another who has been overly negative. It really brings you down. After a while, their negative energy is embodied in you and that’s never good. How can we protect ourselves from people like this?
1. React appropriately.
Don’t meet negativity with more negativity. Don’t just react. React the right way. Be mindful of what you say and how you say it. Don’t just react.
2. Keep it light.
When things start getting a little too heavy, change the direction of the conversation to something lighter. Find positive things to talk about. Don’t be afraid to steer them away from negative subjects.

Monsanto Forced into Cutbacks as GMO Awareness Grows
This is great news, though people need to be careful about thinking Monsanto is the only company behind GMOs. Companies like DuPont, Syngenta, and Bayer are very busy trying to take Monsanto's place.
Phillip Schneider, Contributor
Waking Times
In the past few years public awareness of GMO dangers and the risks of pesticides like Glyphosate, the active ingredient in Monsanto’s Roundup herbicide, have grown exponentially. People ffrom all walks of life are choosing to buy certified organic foods, even despite increased costs, because the general public is waking up to the reality surrounding GMO’s and the bio-tech industry’s practices.
At a time when GMO and pesticide awareness is at its peak, the largest bio-tech company of all, Monsanto, has just announced that it will cut 2,600 jobs as a move to cut company costs. In other words, about 11.6% of Monsanto employees are about to be looking for work again.

Dear Ones, would you like to know why the practice of gratitude feels so good? Because it is, by your choice, moving into connection with Source, in order to acknowledge and reciprocate the love you have received. What could feel better than the amplification of love? ~Archangel Gabriel

Solid Matter Doesn’t Actually Exist; Everything is Energy, Here’s How:
Solid matter as we conventionally understand it does not exist in the universe. For all particles are merely vibrations of energy. Even the atoms that form objects and substances that we call solid are actually made up of 99.99999% space.
What we perceive as our physical material world, is really not physical or material at all, in fact, it is far from it. This has been proven time and time again by multiple Nobel Prize (among many other scientists around the world) winning physicists, one of them being Niels Bohr, a Danish Physicist who made significant contributions to understanding atomic structure and quantum theory.
“If quantum mechanics hasn’t profoundly shocked you, you haven’t understood it yet. Everything we call real is made of things that cannot be regarded as real.” – Niels Bohr
4 Ways Emotionally Sensitive People Can Recharge

For emotionally sensitive people, life can be a little bit like introversion. After you’ve been around a lot of people or gone through an emotional time, you really just need to take some time and recharge the batteries.
Sometimes that’s easier said than done. You need to have a plan in place to give you the space you need. What are some of the ways highly sensitive people can recharge?
1. Spend some time alone.
What I typically enjoy doing is heading out into nature with my tent and my dog. There’s nothing like a small crackling fire, campfire food, the quiet sounds of nature, and a little bit of alone time to recharge the batteries. It gives me plenty of time to consider my life and prepare myself to head back.

Try Cooking Supper One Night
God said:
What do you want? Many of My children do not know what they want. Sometimes, it could appear that what many want most of all is to complain. It seems to Me that there is a lot of complaining going on, could this be true?
You are presented with a meal that those who haven’t eaten today do not even have a chance to complain about, and you find sundries to complain about. Have another ambition rather than to be a super complainer. Goodness knows, you are awfully good at griping about one thing or another. You may be a magnificent complainer. There is hardly pride to take in being a complainer. You have lots of competition for the championship.
To be proud of your complaining skills is like being proud of having a sour stomach. Burp, burp, burp. What are you proud of? Your discernment? Best fault-finder on the block? Excellent at finding that which to complain about every day of the week?
You can accomplish a lot more by biting your tongue. Tonight’s supper was not gourmet? So? Someone went to trouble. Thank Me, God, then for your food.
Complaints are sloppy things. I know you can do better with your life. Sometimes a little thank-you goes far. Give good cheer.
You could get good at making someone smile.
You could try cooking supper one night. Get good at making someone want to cook for you. Be a splendid guest. When someone makes a meal for you, consider yourself a guest. Pull out your good manners. Try them on. I encourage you to be explicit in your appreciation.
