Every year the United States celebrates the life of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Citizens of the world should not only reflect on his teachings every third Monday in January, but all 365 days of the year. The positive impact made by Dr. Kind can still be felt throughout the entire world almost 47 years after that fateful day in Memphis, a day that saw a modern day prophet transform into a martyr for peace. His words are still quoted and his contributions still resonate, not just in one community but for all of mankind. While it is impossible to rank the words of an orator known for his wisdom and insight, these are a few quotes that should not only be read but absorbed by all people around the world.
“We must be concerned not merely about who murdered them, but about the system, the way of life, the philosophy which produced the murderers .”
EMBRACE ALL Love, like all emotions, has a unique energetic vibration. Every time a human reaches a new level of unconditional love, he also reaches a higher level of vibration. Your sense of loving others unconditionally increases. Eventually, you will see all others as equals, as siblings, none greater and none lesser. You will come to the understanding that each of you is a child of the Creator playing a unique role on Earth. You will begin to look into each other’s eyes and see a reflection of yourself and know that each person is a part of your Self.
You will better understand that you are truly Spiritual Beings having a human experience. What is important is that you seek to love all others as your most cherished sibling. No matter what culture, race or ethnic background, you all come from the same heavenly family. Once you can get beyond the barriers of separation and begin to live together in harmony, you will find that Earth is a paradise for all to enjoy in peace and love. Begin to see all others as an extension of yourself. See each experience that happens as a blessing and a lesson that has the ability to move you closer to Light and Love.

Herbal therapies are astoundingly popular among and their interest is growing as the dangers of pharmaceuticals become widely known and accepted. In 2008 statistician Patricia M. Barnes of the National Center for Health Statistics and her colleagues reported that almost 20 percent of children and adults in the U.S. had used an herbal medicine during the past year. That percentage according to some experts has doubled. A team led by physician David M. Eisenberg of Harvard Medical School determined that use of herbs for physical and mental problems including anxiety had risen 380 percent in seven years.
The use of plants as treatments dates to at least 3000 b.c. although some theories propose humans have been using plants has medicine for as long as we've existed. Today this practice is part of a broader movement that has been fueled by the high ineffectiveness of prescription drugs, their side effects and the fact that these drugs do not work for everyone. Natural remedies come with little to no risk and if you find the right one for your condition, you can use it for life. That being said, always consult with a Naturopathic Doctor before initiating any herbal treatments for diagnosed conditions, especially if you are already taking medication.
When you’re all out of ideas about how to reach your goals and dreams, don’t forget about miracles.
In fact, if you are struggling and striving to “make” your goals happen and you feel exhausted and hopeless, you are probably cutting yourself off from the wisdom and magic of your Higher Self and the Universe.
As the book A Course In Miracles says: Miracles are natural. When they do not occur something has gone wrong.
That “something” is usually our limiting beliefs, negative feelings and lack of faith which are blocking the natural flow of wellbeing coming to us.
However, you can start to open yourself up to more miracles in your life. Want to know where to start?
Here are 5 tools for more miracles now.
Wayne Dyer wisely wrote: “We do not attract what we want; we attract what we are.”
God said:
What shall it be? What shall We talk about today? Shall We just take a walk? Hold hands and meander around the park today? Whatever, let Our hearts be full with the Fullness of Love as Our hearts become closer until, lo and behold, We are Closeness ItSelf, and We have passed all borders, so-called borders that never existed except in the mind of humankind and were held onto tight. Borders are just ideas.
All these borders were passed onto you anyway. You did not create them. You were told they were there, and you were taught not to go through doors and not walk where you were told not to go.
You were told no-no, and, so, no-no it was. What the great danger was – this was not clearly passed onto you. To believe it was danger was enough. You feared a fall from grace or disgrace of some kind if you ventured into your True Self.
What on earth is so risky about who you truly are? What merit can there be in your taking a trick photograph of yourself, as if pretense is your holding card, as if pretense gets you safe passage, as if you are to portray yourself as the world seems to instruct, and which can only be less than the Truth of you. You have felt obliged to paint a pencil sketch of yourself. A holy portrait of yourself would carry more Truth than this pretended one of you that states you are body and troubles and that is all you can be, and that is all life is and can possibly be. Hurray for status quo, says the world.

Turn Your Fear into Excitement So You Can Pursue Your Dreams
By Melissa Field | melissa-field.com | Tiny Buddha
“There are two basic motivating forces: fear and love. When we are afraid, we pull back from life. When we are in love, we open to all that life has to offer with passion, excitement, and acceptance.” ~John Lennon
When it comes to facing fear and moving past it in order to see my dreams realized, I was always advised to power through it. Do the thing that scares you, no matter how much it makes your heart pound. Take that step that makes your stomach knot up in tight balls. Do it, and power through, or else miss out on life.
