Precognition: Science Shows How Our Body Reacts To Events Up To 10 Seconds Before They Happen

Over the past few decades a significant and noteworthy amount of scientific research has emerged contributing to the notion that human precognition could very well be real, and that we all might possess this potential -amongst various other extended human capacities.
Thanks to the research by various scientists presented in this article, extended human capacities are beginning to exit the realm of superstitious thinking, delusion and irrationality and find their way into the world of confirmed phenomena. Claims of precognition or “future telling” have occurred “throughout human history in virtually every culture and period.” (source)
It’s not hard to see why we are so fascinated with these concepts, they are embedded in popular culture today throughout various outlets such as movies -which can sometimes be counter productive given the fact that they are merged with fictional stories and events.

Life is not stagnant but fluid…..it changes, it evolves, it grows. You can remain in your own paradigm, continuing to exist in the world you created for yourself ‘before’ OR you can be fluid; change, evolve and grow. Release your fear of being fluid and so shall your life become. ~ Creator

3 Steps To Help You Overcome Fear When Going Through Changes

In this time of global energetic change, many people are transitioning to higher expanded paradigms. While this is a good thing, the collapsing of an old paradigm, which includes habitual ways of knowing and experiencing the world, may give rise to fear. But fear is not a big bad enemy. It’s simply a low frequency energy that you can recognize and overcome.
There are some things you can do to move beyond any fear or resistance you may have while making this transition. They include practicing being centred, reducing reactivity, being in a state of love, and observing fear.
1. Practice Being Centred
This may seem obvious, but with change it is easy to get caught up in current events and daily to-dos. To centre yourself, commit to and set aside a specific time every day to sit in stillness and simply be present...

While most of us think about mathematics as quite an ‘impractical’ science, it seems that almost everything around us is based on mathematical concepts and can be expressed in numbers. Even the beauty of seemingly amorphous and spontaneous life forms found in nature is actually much more structured and organized than you may think. In fact, amazing geometric patterns that can be observed in certain plants, such as sunflowers, pinecones and artichokes, are determined by the concepts known as Fibonacci Sequence and Golden Ratio.
Since April 2014, Bee Population Has Declined 40% – 60%
In the worst colony die-off in nine years, American beekeepers lost 42.1% of their hives since April 2014, with the heaviest loss occurring in summer — a fact that has alarmed entomologists. As part of an annual survey in partnership with the US Dept of Agriculture, beekeepers reported that over two in five of their colonies had died, and now the task of bringing numbers back, means they will have to divide the surviving hives.
According to study co-author Keith Delaplane, “What we’re seeing with this bee problem is just a loud signal that there’s some bad things happening with our agro-ecosystems. We just happen to notice it with the honeybee because they are so easy to count.”
Extremely heavy losses were seen in Delaware, Illinois, Iowa, Maine, Maryland, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, where 60% of the bees were wiped out.
4 Easy Ways to Step Past Your Comfort Zone Today

Too often we find ourselves within our comfort zone, we get into a rut that we just cannot step out of. How does this improve us as a person? It doesn’t. Yet, stepping out of our comfort zone is a daunting task for many of us. Here are four of the most useful tips to be found to help you push your boundaries and get more out of your days.
1. Take Risks
There are times where taking a risk is stupid. Jumping traffic to get to work a few minutes early, skip that. Yet, offering to pick up a project at work when you know your boss is going to offer it to someone else, yeah that is a manageable risk. It might mean you have more on your plate for the day or week, but you will be in the eyes of your superior. Now, they can see you are an asset to the company, and that could mean a promotion.

How Many Trees are Cut Down Every Year?
Rhett Butler, Mongabay
Waking Times
A new study published in Nature estimates the planet has 3.04 trillion trees. The research says 15.3 billion trees are chopped down every year. It also estimates that 46% of the world’s trees have been cleared over the past 12,000 years.
When it comes to the world’s forests, two of the commonly asked questions are “How many trees are are on Earth?” and “How many trees are cut down each year?” A new study proposes answers: three trillion and 15.3 billion.
The research, published today in the journal Nature, is based on a combination of satellite imagery, on-the-ground inventories, and computer modeling led by Thomas Crowther of the Netherlands Institute of Ecology. Crowther conducted the research while at Yale University.

Free Yourself from Aka – The Energetic Entanglements That Bind us to Suffering
Amy L. Lansky, PhD, Guest
Waking Times
Are you familiar with the work of Byron Katie? Her book, Loving What Is, has been quite helpful to me and other members of my family. In a nutshell, she teaches that we can reduce our suffering by resetting our lenses of perception to see things the way things really are. The first steps of her process are to ask the questions, “Is that true?” and then “Is that really true?” The reason for this is that so many of the things we do and the suffering we experience are based on our colored or skewed perception of the world.
This short article will try to address this same complex topic, first by helping you to identify the source of your perceptual difficulties and then by providing you with a handy technique for removing that source of difficulty, based on concepts from Hawaiian mysticism.
The Fiction of ADHD and the “Chemical Imbalance” Theory of Mental Illness
By Cortland Pffefer (with Irwin Ozborne)

The belief that increasing dopamine levels will alleviate ADHD symptoms is why kids are treated with stimulants. There’s just one problem with the theory: it isn’t true.
On a trip to the zoo, there appeared to be a small gathering outside the wolverine display. As we approached we noticed this poor creature in a dead-sprint back-and-forth along and eight foot ledge. While the children found amusement in the wolverine’s bizarre behavior, most of the adults were able to show compassion for the “sick animal.”
“Oh he is still doing that,” said one of the adults behind me.
“Still!?” I asked, “How long has he been doing this?”
“Well, he was doing it last week, too.”
For over a week, this animal was sprinting back-and-forth on an eight foot ledge. Wolverines in the wild travel up to fifteen miles per day, and this one is in captivity in a space the size of an average living room.
