When Everything Goes Wrong Remember This
There are no wrongs and there are no rights. There are only experiences and these experiences leave meaningful lessons. If you are closing a chapter in your life or struggling to find momentum, know that when everything goes wrong….
10. Pain Helps You Grow
As the old saying goes, what doesn’t kill you only makes you stronger. But before this strength can emerge, you must accept your pain.
Each time a tragic event occurs that you think you can’t handle, it is common to try to remove yourself from it altogether. But each time you do this, you leave a piece of yourself behind. When you disassociate yourself with your pain, you cause a split to occur within you. Commonly known as soul splitting.
By embracing your pain and bringing it within to heal, you empower your own growth.

Why Do We Hate Each Other? 4 Misconceptions That Create Anger

By Andrea Schulman | Raise Your Vibration Today
“I hate people!” It’s a statement I’ve heard many times, and one I’ve even used myself in moments of extreme aggravation! So many of us become easily irritated, upset and even angry over the actions and behaviors of other people. This begs the question: why do we hate each other?
I’ve seen people completely lose it over getting cut off in traffic. Shoot, I’ve even heard of people losing it simply from listening to other people chew.
On a more serious note, though, I’ve also seen lifelong friendships ripped apart over petty, insignificant misunderstandings. Why is it so hard for us to love and accept each other, warts and all?
Here are a few common misconceptions about reality that create anger and hostility between people. I’ve also included some suggestions on how to access our unconditional love, in spite of our human tendency to become annoyed, irritated or upset with each other.
Reason for Hate #1: We are unaware that people mirror our thoughts and beliefs
3 Simple and Effective Ways to Heal Your Inner Child

During the first 6 years of our lives our programming is being set. Psychologically, this programming will determine how each of us deals with life, our level of confidence and how we define what love looks and feels like.
The relationship with our parents and caretakers is the single most important connection we establish, as this first understanding becomes the definition of love.
Whether the home is filled with tremendous love or lack there of, even the happiest households still birth children who harbour feelings of pain and rejection.
As you become the adult you, the inner child stays with you compartmentalized into your psyche holding the pain, rejection and programming you were born into.
Until these emotional wounds are healed, they will continue to manifest outwardly and can create all sorts of problems. You may find that you continually live the same scenarios in life, such as finding partners who mirror your original household upbringing, yet are not healthy for you.
Until we can bring these wounds front and center and incorporate them into our conscious awareness, they will continue to live in a “box in our mind”, the inner child psyche, that is still looking to be heard and healed.

According to a team of researchers, eggs produced by the female fish exposed to metformin showed signs of male and female morphology.
At present, 382 million people worldwide live with the debilitating diagnosis of diabetes. And with numbers only expected to increase, that means that so too are the prescriptions for the drugs that are commonly used to treat this blood sugar disorder. Although many physicians have had success treating patients through a ‘food as medicine’ approach, pharmaceutical drug Metformin is still the most commonly reached-for medication to treat this disease of affluence.
Stunning Photos Of Moms’ Breastfeeding Outside Show That Nursing In Public Is OK
Source: www.themindunleashed.org | Original Post Date: June 26, 2015 –
Photographer and Lithuanian Chicago resident Ivette Ivens feels that public breastfeeding should be the norm as it has been since the dawn of human life, and shouldn’t be stigmatized the way it is. Through her highly stylized photography, she wants to remind everyone that breastfeeding is OK. And that it’s a “totally normal thing.” She is a mother of two and breastfed her son until he was 3.
She says: “I nursed them both anywhere I wanted. From church to parties, from farmers market to high-end designer stores. I believe that mothers should nurse their little ones whenever they want to,” states Ivens. She is also a proponent for extended breastfeeding. “Children know when it’s time to wean off. Mothers do too. Strangers don’t know, so they shouldn’t care.”
How To Heal A Guilty Conscience

“Guilt isn’t always a rational thing. Guilt is a weight that will crush you whether you deserve it or not.” – Maureen Johnson
Feeling of guilt that repeatedly annoys, frustrates and depresses you can make your life miserable. There are times when you betray or hurt someone. The reason might have been anger, jealousy, selfishness, hatred, immaturity or believing that the other person deserves it. Later on you get burdened with a guilty conscience. You can not confront that person. The guilty conscience does not let you be at peace even in solidarity.
The same scenario repeats over and over in your mind. This kind of guilt leads to embarrassment and depression.

We All Have Inherent Rights – Regardless of Whether a Nation’s “Authority” Recognizes It
By Makia Freeman
Contributing Writer for Wake Up World
We all have inherent rights, no matter whether the governing authority of a particular geographical area recognizes it or whether it has been written down on a piece of paper as law. People from different societies and cultures call these rights slightly different things.
In the USA, they have been referred to as “unalienable rights” ever since the 1776 Declaration of Independence. Some call them natural rights to distinguish them from state-granted rights (which are not really rights but rather privileges). Others simply call them human rights.
From a more religious perspective they are called God-given rights. Those who are uncomfortable with the loaded term “God” (because of all the connotations it carries) may prefer intrinsic rights or inherent rights. But, whatever you call them, they are a universal concept. They are a natural extension of ourselves with which we are born, and which we possess just by virtue of being human.

When you try to conform to what others want you to do or be, you are denying your own authenticity. This is incredibly detrimental to your satisfaction with your life because you simply cannot draw to you the perfect matches you desire if you are not emanating your truth. It is an act that is completely disempowering to yourself and will ultimately only end up with resentment and a deep dissatisfaction with your own life.
Expecting others to conform to what you think they should do is expecting them to deny their authenticity. This is incredibly detrimental to their satisfaction with their life because they will never be able to draw to them the perfect matches they desire if they are not emanating their truth. It is an act that is completely disempowering to them and will ultimately only end up with them having resentment for you and a deep dissatisfaction with their life.
Do you see? When will you finally honour the importance of being the expert of your own incarnation? When will you give yourself permission to be the CEO of your own life? When will you honour and encourage others in their complete capability to take the helm of their own lives? You are all the only experts on you, and your souls are hungry for you to share your unique you-ness with the world, beautifully, lovingly, and unabashedly, because that is exactly what you are in the body, and on the planet, to do. ~Archangel Gabriel
