Lucid dreaming is the key to unlocking your subconscious. You are asleep, yet in a state of creation. It is a chance to explore the depths of your mind, face your fears, live out your dreams or just fly around. It is a plane of reality we can all experience together.
You can meet new people, talk to the deceased or even have a chat with Source itself.
We all have the ability to lucid dream with ease, but that process of entering the dream is different for everyone.
Many struggle with the phase of sleep paralysis and wake themselves up as it can be a scary experience. The more we can relax into ourselves, slip into the unknown and shine our light on the darkness; the more we will be able to see.
Who and what are you? When you talk about “yourself”, who are you really talking about? The mind-identified self that daydreams and thinks all day? The body-identified self that associates itself as being this flesh blog vehicle?
We live our lives as these thinking bodies that travel through space, and sometimes don’t step to question what this “I” really is. We react, we speak, we do what we need to do, all as a mind-body. We get so comfortable with how it feels to be a mind-body that we forget about a 3rd aspect of our being. The soul. The soul is not separate from you. It is not some abstract thing that you have. It’s what you are. But in our society it’s so easy to feel disconnect from our TRUE self (the soul), that we often times mistake it for being the voice of God or a Higher Self that exists in some other plane of existence.
Your Higher Self is actually you, beneath the egoic self that confuses its identity with the thinker and the body. Some people believe the Higher Self to be the part of you that exists in the ether, and this may be true, but wouldn’t the soul exist within the ether as well? After all, it’s non-physical and most exist on some level of reality.
VEIL OF SEPARATION The veils of separation are rapidly dissolving. What does this mean to you and how will it affect you? Soon you will see that each of you are brethren. Not only do you all have the same blood running in your veins, but you also have the same spirit connection on the Other Side. You truly are children of God; in fact, you ARE gods, each of you being one aspect of the whole.
Many have already grasped this teaching; most of you are still grappling with it, not understanding how we can all be One. We suggest you take time each day to go within and find ways to make this connection with your fellow man and all of creation. There are a few things that need to be addressed in order for you to prepare yourself for the removal of the veil.
We will enumerate a few key points here: Think only positive thoughts. Build a feeling of love for all of creation. Allow everyone to be who they are. Face all fears. Forgive yourself and all others for past wounds. Focus your attention on what is happening in the moment. Follow your intuition each step of your journey. Many of you are feeling deep sorrow and isolation from loved ones, both those living on Earth and those who have crossed over.

It’s not precisely that the world needs more love. The world can use more Recognition of Love.
Love has been mashed like mashed potatoes. Why not have love in its proud state as it comes down the shoot from Heaven? Love pure, love not all pushed down.
Leave love alone. Let love be. Love does not have to be told what to look like. It doesn’t have to be fairy-tale. You do not have to buoy yourself on fantasy. The thing is that you may feel that real life is grungy and not so nice. Let love be joy to your heart.
Here’s the thing: You don’t have to take love too seriously. Love can just be love. You can be loving. You don’t have to look for fireworks. Look for a pulsing heart that is glad for the fireside of a warm heart.
Hail to the heart who knows its place in the world. Where is the heart’s place? Why, it is everywhere. Love does not have to be jazzy or spectacular. Love can be simple old-fashioned love. It doesn’t have to be amazing. It can even be an everyday kind of love. It can be received just as a day is received. Love can be given, and love can be accepted. Love is for all, not only a select few.
Love needs not embellishment and extraneous tinselly decoration.
Here is how to love: Right now is how to love. Find that trace of love in your heart and strew it around. Hand it out. There is enough for all.
Empathy is the ability to recognize and feel other peoples emotions. Sympathy is feeling compassion for other people. Often times to be an “empath” means that you are absorbing much of the pain and suffering in your environment, which can sacrifice your won ability to function at a high level.
If you have every been in a room with a negative person, you know just how toxic their energy can be. Learning to stop absorbing other people’s energies is such a great spiritual skill to have. Here are five ways to stop absorbing other people’s energy.
If someone is bullying you, complaining about you, or dissing you, do not make it your mission to try to convince that person to like you. This will only suck you deeper into that energy field and will make you energetically dependent on their opinion of you.
Not everyone is going to like you. Everyone on earth is living here for a different purpose. By loving yourself first, you will create a forcefield around other peoples opinions that will protect you from being so drained by their opinions.

In this piece, I will discuss the notion of unilateral loading on one’s body, as well as the mind. You will learn how to train your brain and body to achieve great results in increasing your mental capacity.
The National Library of Medicine conducted a study showing that “Physical exercise has been shown to increase brain volume and improve cognition in randomized trials of non-demented elderly”. Now, throughout this trial the exercises were restricted to the confines “Tai Chi” and other accredited fitness practices. Imagine, if one could extract the mental benefits of exercise without getting caught up in the mishegas of today’s fitness crazes. Enter, the unilateral loading.
The experts estimated about 70% of litter that ends up in the world's oceans, sinks to the bottom. The rest of the marine debris remains floating under the ocean surface and is carried around by the ocean currents. The floating debris mainly contains undegradable tiny plastic particles that can mix with larger items, such as fishing gear or shoes, and concentrates in parts of the ocean, gradually forming the so-called garbage patches, or marine trash vortices.
The Great Pacific Garbage Patch, is the largest collection of marine debris in the world. It spans waters from the West Coast of North America to Japan. Two other areas of high trash concentration are the garbage patches in the Atlantic and Indian ocean.
Greg Shirah and Horace Mitchell have published their garbage patch visualization experiment results online on August 10, 2015, in the NASA's Scientific Visualization Studio. Their animations were also presented on the SIGGRAPH 2015 conference.
