When the urge to develop your psychic abilities arises, it’s probably ignited by some combination of a deep desire to help others…and a recent encounter with some perplexing and gooseflesh-inducing phenomena.

Dear Ones, so many of you have been distracted by the world around you, that you haven’t noticed how full of treasure you all are. Take a moment to connect within. Allow yourselves to see, to truly see, the wonder within you. Feel your divinity. Feel your connection as an individuated piece of Source energy. Feel your passion, your creativity, your courage, your love!

It is safe and it is time for you to explore within. Peel back the layers of self denial to see the true delight inside, just like unwrapping a present. Just like a gift, once you know what is inside, you can’t ever not know. You can’t re-wrap a present that has been opened and forget what you know is inside.

It is time for the aches and pains in your heart to leave. Bid them adieu. What do you possibly need perpetual aches in your heart for? For what possible reason would you keep an ache close to your heart, as if for safe-keeping?

No longer perpetuate pain. Let pain go down the drain. Excuse it from attendance. Give it a furlough, or dismiss it altogether. You are not to keep it.

I tell you loud and clear that you are not on Earth to suffer. You require no punishment. It is required that you let go of any hurt and punishment that you have held to you.

This agony in your heart is so vague, you don’t even know what it is from, yet you carry it with you, and you return to it again and again. You keep it close by for no good reason at all.

Even after a moment of abounding joy, you go back to the inexpressible anxiety. Perhaps you cover up the anxiety with rapid activity so you do not have to feel it. You pour activity on top of your anxiety to close it off as if you were placing boulders on top to subdue it. Anxiety clutches your heart so, and yet you put up with it. All the boulders in the world do not close the anxiety and agony off. They continue to hang onto you as if they were desperate and couldn’t be without you. It’s true, they can’t exist without you as a fall guy. Where would this pain exist if you did not keep company with it?

The anxiety flutters in your heart like a dragon. It consumes you. Addictions do not chase it away. Are you addicted to self-inflicted wounding?

Since none of the 300 official mental disorders has any defining physical test for diagnosis, there is no proof they exist. Period.

You could interview thousands of people who say they feel depressed, and you would find significant differences. The more you listened to their stories, the more you would be convinced of the differences.

You would be splitting apart the central idea of “depression” and realizing it has no common center.

This is hard for many people to believe. That’s how brainwashed they are.

There are no common universal states of consciousness. It’s all unique, from person to person.

Chakra is a Sanskrit word meaning ‘Wheel of Life.’ Chakras are the energy fields which prime our bodies on many levels. Linking to our Life Force, the chakras permanently spin, attracting various people, experiences and emotions into our lives. The chakras hook us up to a myriad of colors and are the symbolic expression of the rainbow in our bodies – as above, so below.

Although advanced healers identify as many as twenty-four chakras (sometimes thirty-two!), there are seven main chakras, which serve well as an introduction to the subject.

The first chakra is the Root (Red), which is located at the base of the spine. The second is the Sacral (Orange), which is located midway between the navel and the base of the spine. The third is the Solar Plexus (Yellow) is located behind the navel. The fourth is the Heart (Emerald Green) and is located at the chest. The fifth is the Throat (Light Blue), which is located at the neck. The sixth is the Third Eye (Indigo Blue), which rests between the eyes. The seventh is the Crown (Purple), which is at the top of the head. In the information below, I have also mentioned the Ear chakras (Violet), which are located just above the eyebrows.
