Powerful negative emotions, if not released, remain trapped in your body forever, and this in turn, leads to disharmony in the body, pain, malfunction and eventually disease. Catharsis is a powerful tool for accessing and releasing pent up emotions; a process of healing, cleansing and purification that affects us on both, emotional and cognitive level.

Originally, the term was used as a metaphor in Poetics by Aristotle to explain the impact of tragedy on the audiences. Catharsis was also used in psychotherapy practice – Freud & Breur described catharsis as an involuntary, instinctive body reaction for example crying.

Reenacting scenes from one’s past, dreams, or fantasies helps the person bring the unconscious conflicts into consciousness and eventually experience catharsis. With increased consciousness comes more relief and positive change (Moreno, 1946).

We sacrifice our precious time as living mammals in order to receive money.  In doing so, we often compromise our health.  We then sacrifice our money in order to improve our health so that we can continue to sacrifice time for money.  The world tells us we need pieces of paper to be able to live, but what does this look like to an outsider?  How can we really know when we have no outsiders to this system left?

There are 7 billion human beings on this planet, which is essentially a rock hurtling through space on an orbit which just so happens to be the right distance from the sun to allow for liquid water.  Nature decided this, nature put us here and nature will indeed take us away.  Man did not decide any of these things, and money was never a factor in the making of these things, indeed money was not even a concept.

Below is a video of John Lennon describing an apparent UFO sighting that he witnessed on the 23rd of August, 1974 at approximately 9pm in New York City.  He is not the first ‘famous’ person to describe this type of thing, and he won’t be the last.

It’s easy to be lulled into the false security that tomorrow will be just like it was yesterday: there’s plenty of food on supermarket shelves; gallons of fuel at the pumps; a never-ending supply of paper from the cash point. But change is in the air. Strong shifts in the underlying field are beginning to grow. We know this whole “shebang” is unsustainable and unstable. As I write this, there are 23 nations around the world where the stock market is already falling strongly. We are not heading towards financial crisis. We are already in it.

Embrace the truth. Be empowered by it. Push off from the banks (pun intended) and take the centre stream of your soul’s evolution. Don’t deny what’s going on; let’s not bury our heads in strongly shifting sand. Let’s inspire our souls to soar…

Progressive Unraveling of Imbalance

1. Stop resisting it. When we’re screaming “no” (internally or externally), we unwittingly make things harder. Change sucks, but resisting it makes it suck more. You can’t move forward until you accept the reality of your current situation.

2. Accept impermanence. Habits are habits until they aren’t. No matter how still your image of yourself, another person, or a situation may be, it continues to change. In fact, regardless of how you perceive something at this moment, the thing itself is changing. Stress comes from trying to force things to be consistent and static instead of accepting that they aren’t. Simply put, stress comes from how you deal, not what you’re dealing with.

By stepping back into awareness, you will be able to tell if the energy you are bringing to any situation is helping or not. It is as simple as stopping if you find yourself in an uncomfortable place and asking if what you are bringing is part of the solution.

What always helps? Love. Compassion. Empathy. Honouring. Caring. Understanding. Acceptance. Kindness. Appreciation. Showing up with an energy of peace, harmony and unity.

You always get to choose which energy you would like to lead with. By deciding ahead of time what you intend to create more of, you can shift out of the habit of reactivity into the choice of mindfulness, and that, Dear Ones, is mastery. ~Archangel Gabriel

Our souls are little, near-constantly chattering things. But we don’t often listen to them. We get caught up in our lives and simply don’t hear our souls and the messages they have to offer from previous lives. If anything, these are four big things your soul wishes you knew.

1. You’re fine.

Seriously. Your soul watches you lurch through life always wondering, always doubting yourself, and feeling so insecure so often. But your soul knows that in the long run, societal pressures and insecurities don’t matter much. You’re fine. You can always look to develop yourself, and your soul would be delighted by that! But you do it on your terms.

2. You’re meant to feel deeply.

Your soul wants you to know that there’s nothing good that will come out of brushing aside your experiences and ignoring your feelings. You were meant to feel deeply – and that means everything. So feel all your feelings.
