The Navajo Nation declared a state of emergency this week after the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) revealed they were responsible for not one, but three million gallons of toxic mining wastewater spilled into the Animas River in Colorado. According to the EPA, the contamination is composed of cadmium, arsenic, lead, aluminum, and copper.

Navajo Nation President Russell Begaye vowed to hold the EPA fully responsible for its spill, saying “The EPA was right in the middle of the disaster, and we intend to make sure the Navajo Nation recovers every dollar it spends cleaning up this mess and every dollar it loses as a result of injuries to our precious Navajo natural resources.”

Many people’s first reaction to a situation is to react with love and compassion. Then, before they do, they start to hold themselves back based on what others will say. They fear they will look weak, or stupid, so they ignore their first instinct and miss an opportunity to express themselves in their truth. This is a classic example of how you have been trained to keep yourselves small.

Dear Ones, lead with your light, your compassion, and your glorious hearts, for that is the demonstration of your truth and authenticity. Did you know that only a handful of corporations, 6 to be exact, control over 90 percent of the media? That means nearly everything we hear on the radio, read in the news, and see on television (including ‘news’). I’m talking about General Electric (GE), News-Corp, Disney, Viacom, Time Warner, and CBS.

Ever since Operation Mockingbird, a CIA-based initiative to control mainstream media, more and more people are expressing their concern that what we see in the media is nothing short of brainwashing. This is also evident by blatant lies that continue to spam the TV screen, especially when it comes to topics such as health, food, war (“terrorism“), poverty  and more. Corporate interests always seem to get in the way.

Multiple celebrities have even spoken out about this. Roseanne Barr, for example, said that MK Ultra rules in Hollywood. MK Ultra was (and I believe still is) a program run by the CIA to practice methods of mind control and experiment on human beings. (source)(source).

There is the portion in which you direct your life to be one way or another.

For example, you may have a day or part of a day, where you are laughing, laughing, laughing. Presumably you’re laughing because funny things are happening, or you are reading about funny things, or you happen to remember something that makes you laugh. You decide there has to be a bona-fide reason for your laughing, and so you find it.

Of course, something outside may trigger your laughing. All the while, the laughter comes out from inside you. The laughter bubbles up from within you. Then something on the outside gives your laughter a poke, and so you find an excuse for laughing. Do you agree, that whatever alibi you have for the cause of your laughter, the stimulation comes deeply from within you? Something or another stimulates your laughter. You have been waiting for it.
