In order to build long and lasting relationship, there is a need to have effective communication. In some cases, people fail to communicate properly simply because they would like to avoid conflict, or worse, they do not see the need. At all times, whether you are happy or sad, make sure to be open and talk about it.

A common stumbling block on the journey of life, a stumbling block that holds many of us back from voraciously pursuing our passions and dreams, is the fear of failure. This fear, which for most is closely linked with the uncomfortable feelings of shame and humiliation, has the ability to keep us entrenched on a course of mediocrity. By taking the safe road our ego is not threatened, we will not publically appear foolish, but we will also likely not discover the greatness I believe we all contain.

Charlotte Figi. If you’ve seen Dr. Sanjay Gupta’s documentary, WEED, you will recognize the name. Her life story made national headlines when the special aired in 2013.

Charlotte suffers from Dravet’s syndrome, a rare and severe form of epilepsy that does not respond to medication. Usually the seizures begin within the first year of life. For Charlotte, they started when she was 3 months old. The disorder progresses as the child grows older with muscle spasms and status epilepticus (SE) that come in clusters, oftentimes lasting for 30 minutes or longer. Charlotte was having upwards of 300 grand mal seizures a week, which took their toll on her health, development and cognitive processing.

Within a few years, Charlotte had lost the ability to eat, talk and walk.

We understand that many of you consider patterns in your life as indicators that you are unhealed in some way. But what if they also happen to show you how far you have come? There is no greater way to gauge your growth than to be presented with a situation and handle it in a new, authentic and empowered way.

Dear Ones, it is difficult for you to see how far you have evolved without the perspective of experience, so rather than being afraid of past events reoccurring, understand that their looping back around is simply an opportunity for you to do things in a different way that reflects your growth. Once you see that you can do that, they lose their charge forever, and whether they happen again or not becomes irrelevant. ~Archangel Gabriel

The collective perception of humanity has been highly influenced by the scientific method, especially over the last few centuries. This consensus has continually evolved throughout that time by transcending old ways of thinking about the ‘reality’ of the universe. It hasn’t stopped either; the accumulating scientific evidence, especially from the quantum, psychological and parapsychological realms, is facilitating a meta-paradigm shift that is significantly influencing the course of humanity’s destiny.

A common mistake made in the mainstream mindset is assuming that science is a field which is an unadulterated snapshot of reality, but it does have its problems. First, the scientific establishment has become primarily an institution, and as with any human enterprise, it is subject to politics, corruption and corporate influence. Second, science cannot explain everything. Third, the established ‘facts’ that are derived through experimenting with the external world have consistently changed over time, effectively illustrating that many weren’t truths after all. And finally, philosophical bias ‘unscientifically’ plagues modern science.

GATEWAY TO PARADISE   It is a Universal Law that when you ask for Spirit Guidance, you will be supported. There are myriads of us on this side patiently and excitedly waiting for you to make the call. Once the call is made, immediately we set into motion events to support your intended desire.

Your job is to state your intention clearly and to be passionate about what you want. For added fuel, express love and gratitude toward the unseen Helpers who are putting your prayers into motion. To receive what you wish to create, stay aware and look for clues. Many times what you pray for doesn’t show up in the time frame or parameters you expect.

The steps to delivering what you intend can be very complicated. Some factors to consider are your ability to keep a clear vision of what you wish to experience, your expectations of the outcome (Your Higher Self has a bigger picture and may choose different options for you.), fears or blocks to receiving the gift fully, missing the clues along the way, choosing different options, the number of people involved in the process, etc.

Compassion is changing before our eyes. A religious concept associated with Jesus and Buddha (known as “the Compassionate One”) is being researched today through brain scans and positive psychology. In positive psychology your aim is to reach a state of well-being. The actions of a compassionate person, being kind and sympathetic, turn out to bring personal benefits as well. This is one way that a spiritual value acquires practical, everyday value.

As part of a compassionate lifestyle, a person:

• Lets go of judgment
• Is more accepting of others
• Appreciates how other people feel
• Tries to help in difficult situations
• Acts as a sympathetic listener
• Renounces anger and aggression
• Works to maintain a harmonious, peaceful atmosphere at home and at work.

God said:

Heaven is within you, not somewhere else. Heaven is not a place outside you, nor am I outside you. I am Within. I AM You. Where I am is Heaven. When you disavow yourself as One with Me, then you move yourself out of Heaven. Feeling isolated on Earth, you become a stranger to your Self.

I ask you to be your Self right now, just as you are within your human body. That I exist within you is fantastic, yet it is not a fantasy. Your present life is a fraud, a fictionalized fraud, as you walk uphill, carrying baggage that is not yours to carry. You are not this hapless character you profess to be. This is a part you play. This is to your betterment only in that, through this mirage, you will decide to discover your True Self and know that you are not relegated to the mere role you play as an ordinary human being.

Human beings are extraordinary. You are the extraterrestrial beings you talk about. You find yourself on Earth, yet you did not originate on Earth. You came here. You landed here. You came to help Earth and all the other extraterrestrial beings who live here for a while who, in effect, came in the same boat you did. You came of your own volition. You were not just plunked here.
