Certain forms of insomnia have been tied to faulty regulation of body temperature. According to The Los Angeles Sleep Study Institute, improper body temperature regulation not only throws off your regular sleep cycle, but it also impairs you from drifting into a deeper sleep state.

When you sleep naked, it allows your body to regulate its temperature properly so you don’t over heat and wake up in a sweaty mess.

At the same time, your heart, even when bedraggled, is the door that opens into the Abode of Heaven and Infinity from which all things come. The connection to all you seek is in your heart.

Infinity is like a pocket that you can reach into, yet there is no end to this pocket so you consciously do not reach the bottom of it, for, of course, it has no bottom so is not a pocket at all.

Ah, sweet mysteries of life and love and all the accompanying tones of the music that is played in a lifetime.

The sun is such a regular and constant sight in our daily life that we seldom acknowledge its existence. The sun is one of the primary reasons that life exists on earth. How many of us have really thought of the possibility that the sun might be a conscious being? When you think of the relationship we all share with the sun, how can it be just a ball of gas when it is responsible for life on Earth?

The sound of the chirping birds at the break of dawn, or certain types of flowers that wait for the first ray of sunlight to blossom and revel in its beauty; this serves as a reminder of how nature is closely dependent on the sun. Even the beauty of sunrise and sunset touches us all.

Often this is the recurrence of a theme that caused upheaval and required a lot of of work and healing to come through. A common reaction could be, “Oh, not this again!
