Dear Ones, your life expression is a grand production! Like all big productions, there are many people involved, and many helpers behind the scenes, as well. If you were the director of a play, you would not build the theatre, the set, write the play, do the hair and makeup, do the lights and sound, sew the costumes, and act every role, would you? Absolutely not! You would allow all your helpers to do their jobs! Do you see? Ask us for help. Direct us. It was never intended for you to struggle through your incarnation by yourself. Going it alone is separation consciousness. Asking for and receiving help is how you move into unity, co-creating the most splendid life expression you can imagine. ~Archangel Gabriel
“This is no exaggeration: you were born to put death to death.” – Leonard Perlmutter
Bruce Lipton, a leading development biologist who believes that genes and DNA can be manipulated by our beliefs is not the only brilliant mind to propose such a mind-bending idea. In fact, he says that our DNA and cells do not control our health, our emotions do. Yogis have known for centuries that what we think and feel affects the physical body. It is one of the foundational components of almost any yogic path. Utilizing the teachings of our farthest reaching wisdom traditions and the newest biological advances, we can learn how to look at the body for signs of its deepest, darkest challenges.

I feel inspired to encourage us to take a grounded approach to spirituality – an approach that doesn’t cause us to ignore our negative or destructive tendencies, but instead, surface them, explore them and flow with them.
I won’t encourage us to give up the practices that align us with higher aspects of our consciousness, but we don’t want to use them to hide from the darkness within.
Carl Jung told us that “one does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious”. I think ‘making the darkness conscious’ is exactly what we’ll want to do if we want enjoy our lives and our spirituality without hiding certain parts of ourselves from the world (or from our own attention).
They’ll get our attention one way or another, and they’ll get it in big, bold and destructive ways if we spend our whole life trying to hide from them. There’s no sense hiding from the aspects of our consciousness that could be seen as ‘dark’ or ‘negative’, and we make them worse by convincing ourselves they’re wrong or shouldn’t exist.
We present our top 5 science documentaries from beyond the mainstream:
Man’s Right to Know is a 30 minute documentary telling the story of Wilhelm Reich’s life and his discoveries. Reich (24 March 1897 – 3 November 1957) was an Austrian psychoanalyst who is probably most known for his “discovery” of orgone energy, a life force permeating everything which has electromagnetic properties. Although mainstream science has not fully approved this concept, we know that this idea exists in many cultures. In Japan it is called Ki, in China it is known as Chi and in India it was named Prana. Reich was also known for his orgone accumulator, a device which can supposedly heal various afflictions; he also experimented with weather manipulation.

You and I are souls clothed in both a physical body and identity. It is soul that is supposed to incarnate from one so-called lifetime to another, but the words we use to describe this tend to create a false picture. The suggested image is that we die, then through rebirth we incarnate onto Earth once again. In other words, the image is birth, death and rebirth, over and over. This image is false.
Body dies, identity clings, and soul continues forever. Our life is actually the continuity of soul, using one body/identity after another to continue our journey of soul growth, of expanding consciousness, of Self awareness. I mostly describe this process as a movie, The Continuity of Self. Who we are never dies, thus is never reborn, but continues on in a greater frame of timeless time. Soul/Self has no linear measure of time. Body/identity measures the passing of linear time by the ageing of the body, for physically we live in a linear reality. This gives us “cause and effect” and “polarity”, both wonderful tools for the growth and expansion of our human consciousness.

Healing from abuse can feel like a never-ending walk through the dark. Any traumatic experience can be difficult to process and accept. Speaking from personal experience, it wasn’t until my young adult years when I realized it was time to work through the painful memories of all the physical, sexual, and mental abuse I endured with my parents in my childhood years.
Facing the reality that you are or were abused and suffer with trauma from it is a huge realization. Often times, it may take us a while to begin the process of healing from abuse or even begin to accept that it happened.
There are so many times in my own experience when I questioned if it was my fault and if I was the one to blame for everything. However, through therapy and spiritual healing, I realized abuse is never deserved and that isn’t what real love looks like.
After reading this story you will understand how motherhood and loss are universal. Washoe, an exceptionally smart chimpanzee who knew sign language, was not happy with her caretaker Kat, who hadn’t visited for some time. However, when Kat told her that Washoe had recently lost her baby, Washoe indicated signs for grief. She even made signs for crying, even though chimpanzees are not able to cry.
What Washoe did next was unexpected. After losing two children of her own, she was given a ten month old chimp named Loulis to take care of. Washoe offered Loulis to Kat.

Do you have a relationship that you would like to heal?
I want to share my secret for healing any relationship. I offer this advice as a seasoned relationship coach and someone who has personally healed her own relationships. The best part about this 3-step process is that you do it on your own. You do not need the other person to actively participate. It is all you.
In order to heal any relationship it is first important to understand the dynamics behind relationship issues. Relationship issues don’t occur because two people are different or they do not agree. People do not need to agree, or be similar, in order to get along great. Issues occur because one or both people are practicing judgment. It is judgment that causes all the issues in relationships. Without judgment, relationships thrive and when you release judgment, relationships heal.

Globally, one person dies by suicide roughly every 40 seconds. Around the world, over one million people commit suicide each year — an increase of 60 percent over the last four and a half decades. Incredibly, farmers have one of the highest rates of self-inflicted death.
Newsweek reports that suicide for farmers in the U.S. is about twice the average of the general population. However, this isn’t just a problem in America; it’s an international crisis.
