This world is desperately in need of consciousness and awareness, and it seems like everywhere we look, diversions and mind control tactics are being used to keep us pacified and asleep.

I don’t know about any of you, but the more I try to be a part of society, the more I realize that it’s engineered to keep us from exploring our consciousness or becoming aware of the things the people in power are doing to mentally, emotionally, economically and spiritually oppress us.

What’s interesting is that the elite oppress us by using subconscious programming to cause us to oppress ourselves. Mind control is very real, and while direct forms of mind control like MK-Ultra are used, the control the general public is subjected to is less direct and more cunning.

Many of us live our life based on the idea that we cannot share what we really feel or think, out of courtesy or consideration for another. However, when we examine why we so often live by suppressing our truth, we come to see that our reasons for doing so are not quite as selfless or admirable as we may presume them to be. By trying to protect the other, we are often simply trying to protect some aspect of our illusory self. 1. Live with compassion

Compassion is one of the most revered qualities in Buddhism and great compassion is a sign of a highly realized human being.

Compassion doesn’t just help the world at large, and it isn’t just about the fact that it’s the right thing to do. Compassion, and seeking to understand those around you, can transform your life for a number of reasons.

First, self-compassion is altogether critical towards finding peace within yourself. By learning to forgive yourself and accepting that you’re human you can heal deep wounds bring yourself back from difficult challenges.

Next, we can often be tortured because of the fact that we don’t completely understand why people do certain things.

Compassion is understanding the basic goodness in all people and then seeking to discover that basic goodness in specific people...

If we do not discover our truth, it is not truth.  Truth is real, personal, and our own.

Those who sell truth are trying to get us to buy theirs.  Those who share truth hope others will believe as they do.

Truth is our identity in beingness, because it exists within the infinite conscious expanse, a unique identity that only belongs to us.

Freedom allows us to exist within the infinite oneness as individuals of our truth.

We do not need permission to Be. It is a gift eternity has given us to explore our beingness in time, space, and within eternity.

Inasmuch as life does not stay the same, it will be good for you to lean toward what makes you happy. Although thoughts of how badly life has treated you may give you some sense of vindication, such thoughts do not lift you to happiness. By and large, the more belly-aching you do, the more belly-aching you will continue to do. You play a losing game. However, the more you focus on what makes you happy, the more happiness will be yours.

In fact, right now, if you will think of something that gives you joy to think about, you will have more happiness right now. No matter what difficulties you may be in the midst of, if you like mountain climbing, make some plans to mountain-climb for this weekend. If you are bedridden and cannot, then read a book about someone else’s adventures of mountain-climbing and have some of the happiness you desire.

It seems obvious that thinking of what gives you even a little happiness works better in this moment than recounting all the reasons why you are not happy right now. How can anyone not know this or act on this? Go toward what you want rather than rattling off what you can’t stand another moment of. The fact is that you can stand it. The fact is that you can rise above it.
