n this era of new earth consciousness, people are ‘waking up’ at an exponential rate. If you’re one of these newly awakened souls, well, chances are you’ve outgrown your life.

Suddenly jobs, living situations, romantic relationships and even entire friendship circles seem foreign, so it’s an understatement to say you probably feel a little isolated. Especially when, as you are deep in the abyss of the big questions like ‘Why am I here?’, ‘Where did we actually come from?’, ‘What is my higher calling?’ and hey while we’re down the rabbit hole, ‘Just who the hell AM I anyway!?’, people around you are discussing who won X-Factor, which royal married what celebrity, or how much they hate their boss!

Rest assured, if you’re embarking on a spiritual journey, you are right where you are supposed to be, and finding your tribe is as fundamental a piece of the awakening journey puzzle as finding your calling

In 2000, more than 6000 people were asked this and similar questions. Then in 2014, researchers at the University of Carleton in Canada did a follow up study. They found that, over those 14 years, around 9% of the participants had died. They also found that people who reported a strong sense of purpose were 15% less likely to be amongst those who had passed away. This applied to every age group. If they reported a strong sense of purpose they were 15% more likely to still be alive. (1)

As the energy of the divine field of Love continues to intensify all across the planet, bringing enormous changes to how you perceive one another, expect world peace now!  Because more than 95% of humanity most earnestly intend for it to materialize it will come into being.  It is your natural state.  War and conflict are not, but have enveloped you because your sense of separation has filled you with fear.

That fear is lifting because so many of you have, over the last several decades, met freely with people from other races, creeds, cultures, and religious faiths and discovered that you have far more in common with one another than you had imagined, and have realized that what divides you is simply fear and distrust of the unknown.  And you now see that that is not something you need to fear.  The unknown is yourself, the shadow side that has been buried and denied by every single human being, the normal desires and feelings that being human entails.

What you all really want is to be loved, unconditionally, and in your separated state you have closed down your awareness that you are eternally and unconditionally loved by God Who is Love.  That is what separation means – a strongly felt absence of Love! Separation itself is unreal!

There is a profound shift in consciousness occurring. This shift is part of the intentional evolution of human consciousness by members of the human race far and wide across this planet we call Earth. By being mindful of our thoughts, we are able to shape our reality in a number of different ways.

The Buddha said that “we are what we think. All that we are arises with our thoughts. With our thoughts, we make the world.” Such statements reflect the reality of focused and intentional thoughts shaping the reality in which we find ourselves in on a daily basis. They display the power of our consciousness in the assisting in the overall evolution of the transpersonal consciousness of humanity.

Lucid dreaming is one of the most mysterious practices on the planet, and many people believe that it can help us unlock the secrets of our psychology. Put in simple terms, lucid dreaming is realizing that you are in a dream while you are in it without waking up.

It is said that if you are able to become conscious within your dream, you can control the outcomes and do absolutely anything. Lucid dreaming was recognized as far back as Aristotle, who said “often when one is asleep, there is something in consciousness which declares that what then presents itself is but a dream.”

Lucid dreaming is similar to the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra, a sleep-like state which yogis report to experience during their meditations, where lucid dreaming is said to occur.
