Waking Times

Anyone who thinks waking up is simply a spontaneous event or some kind of cake walk hasn’t woken up yet. It takes a lot to arrive at the door of discovery as well as courage to open the door. In fact, all of the doors, as life is a series of decisions on where to travel and what to do when faced with the myriad of options presented before us.

Ask anyone who’s in any sort of awakened state and despite their present calm brought on by strong conviction for truth, I dare say they’ve been through the mill in their life to get to where they are today.

It may seem like peaches and cream to an outsider looking in at some of the more ethereal spiritual conclusions many arrive at in the course their travels through life, but I guarantee you there was a lot of suffering, confusion, physical, spiritual and/or mental abuse and times of darkness and despair along the way. It’s part of the process...

You hunger for many things. You hunger for the past, and you hunger for the future. Yet, it is only the present that you can imbibe. The present isn’t to skip over or to just get through. Immerse in the present as you would immerse yourself in the Ocean, and you will desire yet not hunger, and your way will be lighted. You will be in sync with the present, in tandem with it. You and the present will be of one accord.

There is a lot to be said about keeping up with Infinity, beloveds, and Infinity is right now. When you are truly in the present moment, you are walking in Infinity. The present is Infinity. You evolve in Infinity. Your nature is to be Infinite. There are no labels in Infinity. There are no stops or pauses. This one moment is Infinite. Time, the illusion, may march on, yet the Vastness of Infinity is more like waves. There is no explaining Infinity really, in the same way who can describe the flavor of chocolate? It has to be tasted.

Now, as you are in Infinity, you measure it. That’s just it. Infinity cannot be broken in pieces. That means Infinity can’t be measured. Measuring is like cutting Infinity up, putting nicks in a piece of wood and naming it a ruler. Time rules the world all right. Infinite Oneness does not allow for time, only allows Infinite Infinity. Oneness is what you experience with good friends that you really relax with and have a good time and forget your sense of time. Well, Infinity is like Is-ness, like pure Being, hard to explain as I said.

The core of the solar system, our Sun, conjuncts the Galactic Center by the end of the week. What an opportunity to focus our consciousness on acting in harmony with the purpose of the galaxy! The immense size, expansiveness, and wonder of our galaxy can be felt to a greater degree in the collective consciousness this week.

Saturn, the lord of karma, also prepares to leave the intense Scorpio sign after this week. The Sun conjunct the Galactic Center on December 17 and 18 is quite a contrast with Saturn in the last degree of Scorpio. Behind the scenes authority has a last gasp this week as the bright light of the Sun gives a sense of optimism and mirth in Jupiter’s sign.
