So many people today are bitter, broken-hearted, or just plain angry because of what happened to them while growing up.

The reasons for their resentment or regret are as countless as are the unconscionable people responsible for the pain they unknowingly created in the lives of those they hurt. But nothing that happened “yesterday”—as horrendous as it may have been—has authority over the present moment, and its new possibilities. We may already sense the truth of this spiritual fact, but have been unable to put its power to work in our lives. So, here’s what to do whenever we find ourselves wrapped in the flames of that burning house called our painful past:

Get out of it!

Here’s the “how” part…although each of us must see the following truths (that help free us) from ourselves.

The true present moment cannot burn anything, let alone your immortal Self...

HJ: What would you do if you knew that it was not possible to fail?  This is the path of inner wisdom.  The path of expanded consciousness.  The path where you follow your heart and intuition into the ever unfolding beauty of life, where it is not possible to make a wrong choice.  And, in fact, no choice you make could ever be wrong, however, some choices lead you more squarely towards bliss and others more squarely towards suffering.  However, in each choice there is wisdom.  In each choice there is learning and growth, so it is not possible to make a wrong choice.  All is perfect no matter what your inclination.  However, if you would like to move in the direction of bliss, then your inner wisdom will lead the way.

The following is a very effective tool for personal healing that anyone can use at convenience any time they wish. Everyone is responsible for their own healing. Having the support and direction of others might feel and it is in fact wonderful, but no one can heal for us. Too often we put too much emphasis on what others can do while overlooking what we can do ourselves. Feeling is an act of self-love.

This method is a simple as to feel every feeling and emotion that we face. Humanity as a group is unfeeling. Living in a society in which each individual has been led to believe and encouraged to compete with each other, giving priority to our individuality above all, feeling has become a human need widely ignored. And yet, everyone has feelings and suffers silently due to avoidance. Follow your intuition, trust the process and above all, trust yourself.

Humanity has spent an immense amount of time exploring the depths of the oceans and the vast universe. We have scanned every corner of the earth and our solar system. We have spent so much time exploring and understanding everything around us, and yet we know so little of ourselves. In fact our relationship to ourselves is one of the most challenged aspects of our current reality.

In my view, self-awareness lies at the root of our spiritual path. This is where our attention is most needed for us to evolve to the next step in our evolution.

The truth behind this awakening lies in our awareness of our journey back home; becoming mindful of our own natural inner vibration, accepting that unique vibration and then actualizing and individuating that vibration. We all have within us a true, undistorted, natural inner vibration – who we naturally are without any conditioning. As we slowly begin to move upward into the age of light, the frequency on our planet will rise and awakenings will intensify. The more we connect with our own true nature the more we are able to understand ourselves as transcendent beings.

A recent posting detailed how upper middle class Americans are rapidly losing ground to the one-percenters who averaged $5 million in wealth gains over just three years. It also noted that the global 1% has increased their wealth from $100 trillion to $127 trillion in just three years.

The information came from the Credit Suisse 2014 Global Wealth Databook (GWD), which goes on to reveal much more about the disappearing middle class.
