Watching as the season changes, looking back at the stages of life, dreaming of an unborn ‘unharmed’ generation, standing still as the falling world speeds by, inhaling the light and exhaling all else. What am I trying to get to? Clarity.

We’re into another autumn in the northern climes… and the operative word is ‘another’. Did the season change too soon? Other people have written about time and the speed of it, so maybe, collectively, we’re in that space… conscious of the chaotic events whirling around us while we don’t seem to be moving.

We can no longer distract ourselves from doing the work each of us needs to do. We have to stop complaining about others. We must stop complaining about circumstances and do what is within our own power to fix ourselves. That is all it takes. If each of us did the work on ourselves that we came here to do, the world would radiate with love and light; the light that will crowd out the darkness. Darkness cannot possibly exist where there is light.

We all wonder what we can do to fix the world; to overcome the darkness that is spreading like wildfire on our planet. Truth be told, it is must easier to do than we might believe. We must each look within. We must each explore our own existence. We must ask ourselves how we can positively change that which is within our own grasp. That is all it takes. If each of us saved ourselves we could collectively save the world.

Each person you interact with during the course of your Earth-plane existence has a lesson you have asked to experience. How you create/respond/react to that particular lesson is completely up to you. ~ Creator

Dear Ones, the entire purpose of coming into the body is to have physical experiences. Your body is the most efficient self defining apparatus available. It takes tremendous work and effort to get to the point of adulthood to start having the pivotal experiences that allow you to greater know yourself, your preferences, your truth. Do not stagnate now that you have come to that point!

We understand that many of you are so mindful of your enlightenment process that you are taking things very seriously and do not wish to make mistakes. Hear us when we say that your spirituality has had plenty of seriousness on your planet already. What if we told you that you can be mindful AND joyful? What would that look like to you?

Your soul is so excited to be part of this process. Embrace the amazing opportunities for experience that exist on your planet right now. You are the ground crew! Try many things. Did you know that you miss your bodies and the ability to experience things in a physical way when you transition to the other side? Did you know that your passed loved ones also love to experience things vicariously through you?

Cherish the fact that you are in the realm of experience on an ascending planet, and know that your choices will only further secure the process by allowing you to energetically refine and know yourself even more. ~Archangel Gabriel

If you want to be healthy at the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual level, you need to learn how to access high frequency energy. This type of healing energy is essential for health for the reason that it raises the frequency of your body and soul. The frequency rate of your body plays an essential role for your health, because it affects the performance of your body. For this reason, when you surround yourself with high frequency energy, your health improves. On the other hand, when you surround yourself with low frequency energy, your health deteriorates.

Our past need not dictate our present and certainly not limit our future. We can truly be free. The trick is to live life fully in the present and not allow the past to control what we do now.  But how do we do that?

Alan Watts uses the example of a boat to explain the impact the past has on this moment. The wake of a ship is like the past, we remember it but over time the wake fades back into the ocean. The wake doesn’t determine where the boat will sail it simply shows where it has been.

I hear a lot of coaches talk about the battle against our “inner critic,” that little nay-saying nag that lives in our heads whose sole purpose is to convince us that we suck.  Admittedly, I was one of them. And until somewhat recently, I thought that was pretty sensible. After all, why indulge the bitch living in my brain? Shouldn’t I fight against her?

So, I prayed on it. I threw affirmations at it. I meditated on it. I therapized at it. I pretty much hit it with every self-help trick known to man.

And that’s when I decided to try something new. Why? Because a different approach yields a different result. Would my new strategy be better or worse? I was prepared to find out.

I decided to (consciously) indulge and hear her out. What did she actually have to say? Could I listen to it without getting emotional...

Life is complicated. Relationships are complicated. Friendships are complicated. Life choices are complicated. Or are they? Is it possible that our excessive need to complicate life is just merely giving us something to do?

In our utter and complete fear of being bored are we perhaps overcomplicating every single thing in our life for the mere fact that it just gives us something to think about incessantly, or to complain about to our friends, or to distract ourselves from ourselves?

Could it be that our fragile little ego’s claim they want happiness, and inner peace, and simplicity from life situations but deep down are deathly afraid of...
