Before serving your country, first learn who your government is serving.

The New World Order is exactly that – it is the same old ‘order’ in the new world. The new world is still contracted to the same old formulation of regimentation, which is achieved by the same violent means of enforced order and patriarchal authority, the same old formulation of the status quo, and the same old oligarchy, instituted in the new petrolithic and nuclear age by the progressive merging of commerce and state.

The only difference now is that there are “new and improved” modes and destructive war, resource and media technologies being used to enforce the rule of the oligarchy. There are new tools and new names. The ‘order’ is packaged in a new sleek design, with new bells and whistles, but at its core, it is the same war-minded pyramid system, controlled by those the system benefits the most. Those “authorities” at the top of the pyramid claim to act for the betterment of mankind, and yet they always seem to get the better of mankind.

The question is not what Apple Cider Vinegar can do, but what can’t it do. As a folk remedy, it has been credited with curing everything from the flu to warts or sunburn to dandruff. However, it also can help reverse many serious diseases that many would immediately turn to pharmaceutical medications to solve.

The benefits of apple cider vinegar come from it’s healing compounds which include acetic acid, potassium, magnesium, probiotics and enzymes. Science has verified this through empirical evidence observed through the ages.

REWRITING OLD PROGRAMS  One method of forgiving yourself and others involves a policy of “Fake it ‘til you make.” Have you ever watched a movie or listened to a story that emotionally engaged you? It matters not whether it was fiction or based on a factual event, you responded as though it were real and cried, laughed or felt various other emotions. You were feeling the experience as though it were your own or feeling compassion for those involved in the story. Your subconscious mind was taking the story literally, for it does not know the difference between fiction and reality.

This knowledge can be used as a healing process. You can program your unconscious mind to record events to help yourself heal. What we encourage you to do is to write down a few specific statements, such as, “I forgive my father for doing this or that to me. I release all anger at my mother for saying this or that.” If you had a traumatic incident such as a near drowning experience that left you afraid of being in deep water, you can write something like, “I enjoy floating on water.”

Be brave and look at your wound as deeply as possible. You can ask your Guides to help you look back as an observer in order to avoid feeling the pain you had during the initial event. There is no need for you to ever feel the negative emotions again. However, these emotions do need to be released in order for you to fully experience a healthy life on Earth. As you prepare to write your statements, strive for your highest desire. As you heal, you may find yourself able to go even higher.

I’m asked this question all the time: “Why am I attracted to people who are wrong for me?” And the answer is quite simple, actually:

Because your wounded self is doing the attracting.

Now, I know the term “wounded self” can sound a little intense, so let me explain. We all have two selves: the “little self” (or the wounded self, the ego) and the “Spiritual Self” (the higher self, adult self, or soul).

The wounded self is the part of you that feels incomplete. It questions your worth and value; it doesn’t feel whole, or it feels flawed in some way. My wounded self is the “little me” who wonders if I’m truly lovable.

On the other hand, we also have a Spiritual Self. This is your higher self, your soul.

The idea of someone or something controlling our every thought and action is so 1980s. Let’s face it, we live out our modern, technological lives with access to instant communication and information that allows us to enjoy greater control and freedoms of thought and expression than at any point in recorded human history; right?

Each of us draws comfort from the decisions we make, sure in the knowledge that we are individuals, masters of our own destiny. We mock those that aren’t as under the thumb, as easily lead, or weak. Underlying this attitude is the principle that no person or system has the right to influence or determine the free will of another. This may be true, but what if this truth was naive; that even the strong-minded could not trust the direction their thoughts were taking them?

Our wholeness is our joy, our thriving, our passion, our enjoyment of and creative service to life. Yet, we lose essential aspects of our wholeness in ways that we would least expect. Here I will discuss how denial and hurtful experiences work together to stymie our experience of thriving.

When we are hurt by others, we will often disavow (reject) in ourselves the qualities that hurt us, until we heal that wound. For example, if I have been hurt by another’s anger, I might vow not to be angry and thereby deny anger in myself. But, when I deny my anger, I also deny the ways it can be used to help and to protect myself and others. These life-affirming “ways” I call the vital qualities embedded in an emotion or experience.
