We all know we should lower our stress levels, but it isn’t always easy. Sometimes, though, knowing exactly how stress is affecting us can be highly motivating to take steps that will actually decrease stress in our lives. Whether we do it by spending time in nature, practicing yoga or tai chi, laughing more often, or by unplugging from our computers and smart phones for at least a few hours every day, lowering stress is imperative. Humanity is now in a period where it faces several serious threats to its survival and conscious evolution. But there is no effect without a cause. Everything affects everything else. There are connections among all manifestations of consciousness, whether it be the proven connection between the Sun and the Earth via magnetic portals or between people – no matter how far apart they may be separated.

The stranglehold that the concept (and energy) of money has on humanity is one of the primary drivers of this disconnect to the interconnected aspect of human consciousness. It can be said that modern society has lost access to transpersonal awareness, but has not lost the ability to do so, which gives us enormous hope, both individually and collectively. Under the proper conditions, most individuals are able to become aware of the somewhat vague (but meaningful) images, intuitions, senses and feelings that come to them from the environment and from others. We can see this happening with greater frequency, which is definitely reassuring.

Please remember that you asked to be human.  The growth and learning you are receiving now will extend far beyond the life you chose before you started living it.  The changes you are experiencing now, your awakening, are a necessary part of the process.  Yes, it will be painful at times and yes, it may seem that you are not making any progress at all. But, my dear and beloved child, never lose sight of the fact that all the tools you need are already inside you just waiting to be put to use.  You can spend your time bemoaning the lack of an instruction manual or you can use that time to creatively access whatever you need.  The choice is always yours. ~ Creator

Many of the symptoms we’re witnessing amongst those around us can be explained in terms of the vibrational change we’re undergoing. The shift is on, and people are responding by either welcoming or resisting it at all kinds of levels. It’s quite a fascinating phenomenon to behold, as well as a bit disturbing as people who don’t get it lash out at whatever influence they perceive is the culprit for their disorientation.

Fascinating stuff, but intrinsically important to what’s happening here at the surface level.

Most importantly is the personal level of this transformation that’s happening whether people want to acknowledge it or not. Fighting the structural degradation of old paradigms is always a messy affair, with seeming little to support our old viewpoints, except desperate grabbing on to old thought patterns and resultant behaviors which have shaped our lives. Such is the death of the old.
