The path of ease is the mindful use of your focus and energy. It is paying attention to what you are pushing against or resisting and then choosing to withdraw that focus and redirect it with curiosity towards where the unfoldment is trying to take you. It is moving yourself out of resistance to your circumstances or yourself into the acceptance of what is being energetically supported, which is always right for you.
