This Awareness has been asked to present information on the subject of appreciation, and IT will now do so. What this Awareness suggests is that those that read this message be as physically comfortable as possible, sitting upright in a relaxed position and being aware of Cosmic Energy as it flows through them. This Awareness indicates that appreciation is that energy that uplifts you, that keeps you in balanced alignment with your Higher Self. By contrast, depreciation throws you off balance and alignment with Who, In Fact, You Really Are, and degenerates your vibration. This Awareness indicates that the energy of appreciation is really the same as that of joy and love. Appreciation is indeed a very high vibration that matches the vibration of this Awareness. This Awareness suggests that when the vibration of appreciation is stepped-down or decreased in its rate of speed, it becomes more dense and forms physical matter.
What a gem January has become. I guess it always was, but when you are in the fire changing the molecular structure from a piece of coal into a brilliant diamond, it sure doesn’t feel very gem like!!
For me, there are so many things clicking into place, understandings made tangible and actually…. very very applicable.
There is a huge difference in perspective when we are on top of something looking straight at it, as opposed when we are a sizable distance from whatever that is, looking at it. The view from a distance is fuller, more complete. This is true for our spiritual journey as well. More often than not, whatever is changing or has changed in our physical life is also giving us a larger view of our changing spiritual life as well, if we take the time to stop and really notice.
When I first seen the Mesa from the road way with my own two eyes, it was so different than when I open my back door and see it. The avalanche was huge, the falling away of ancient lava, one of the most resistant elemental formations loosened by erosion of time and weather. Very much like the goo of our ego!! It hangs on tight and solid. Until it cannot any longer.
More than ever now, it’s important to keep things in perspective. The world around you may seem to be spinning out of control, and your insides sometimes may feel like they are spinning too.
Here are some guidelines for navigating 2013 and accelerating your transformation at the same time. As background, remember that you live in an unprecedented cycle of revolutionary shifting, impacting people everywhere across the planet. This isn’t happening on one day, but over a number of years. You won’t feel it the same way each day. On some days, in fact, it may feel like the shifting of an entire lifetime is coming at you from all sides. Other days, you may feel tranquil and without concern, reminiscent of calmer times earlier in your life.
Tips to Jump Start Positive Change
1. Challenging Circumstances- When faced with a challenge, keep your focus in present time. Even if what you are experiencing began long ago, you want to respond with today’s energy. As part of your lifelong process of transformation, your energy shifts from day to day. Insights and processing from last night’s dreaming can provide you with fresh perspectives and more lightness of being. When looking at your challenge, invite your higher wisdom to guide you in applying a higher awareness and fully utilizing your current knowing. You may be pleasantly surprised with the positive results.
Dear Children,
All of you are my blessed children. You are from the stars. God gave to you Free Will. It is up to you to accept this message in Love from me to your heart.
There is a little piece of star right in your Spirit-soul-energetic system. It is a Spark of Creator Source, deep within. It is the light that shines in your eyes when you are laughing, when you smile, and when you gaze upon anything with deep love and appreciation. Although the little children here in the picture are all girls, it was difficult to find a picture that would adequately describe this concept. Alas, for there are no tiny gentlemen in the picture as well does not mean that it is for the feminine only. All of us have a spark of God inside, both women and men, boys and girls, all living creatures, even the minerals called 'crystals' and the simple ones called 'rocks' have some essence, something vital and Alive that makes them what they are.
It is because of your little bit of Creation Source inside of you that I ask you to listen.
And now I Guide:
The Vibration near Gaia is Ascending.
All of you have a decision to make--that is whether to accept or reject this rise in General Vibration in Yourselves.
If you accept, you will be allowed to stay on this planet and become Galactic Citizens that are accustomed to Source and Light.
If you choose 'wait and see', that is the same, my little children, as to reject. Both will soon make your Vibration incompatible with 'what is around you'. And you will be taken one of two ways to a place that is more suitable for your stage of evolution in the Heart: another planet, or Transition. Either place will occur without your being harmed in any way. You will have all of Eternity to rise up, both at the time and situation of your choice--that is, when your Heart is Ready to accept and be a holder of Light.
