You make choices every day. Some mundane and others are life-changing. Here is a thought to ponder today; how often are the choices you make heart based? You have a multitude of experiences during your day that can make the world a brighter and more loving place. How often do you use your voice to project it to your world? It is time to release being fearful, stand up, to begin expressing that Unconditional Love to your Earth plane and be heard! You were born a powerful being; embrace that power, knowing that if it comes from pure love, pure truth and pure intent, it can never be corrupted. ~ Creator

If you have found yourself in profound resistance, rather than pushing against that resistance, we suggest you simply choose something that feels lighter to you. When you are in such a state, it can be difficult to know what you need in order to allow yourself to move forward with greater ease. While your brain may not know what you need, your body and spirit can easily identify what would feel lighter. So simply ask yourself, “What can I do that would feel lighter than I’m feeling right now?”

Resistance is heavy. Lightness is just that – light. Identifying what feels heavy or light is a skill set that every single human being on the planet has, so there is no special training, understanding of energetics, or enhanced sensitivity required. You can embrace that innate ability because it is impossible to get it wrong since the answer is always unique to you. It is something you will always know without doubt.

As you choose anything lighter you choose to disengage from resistance, which will naturally induce more flow, relief, and forward movement. This will allow you to incrementally move out of your discomfort, without pressuring yourself into any specific practice, since what feels lighter could be a myriad of things. Further, it is an empowering exercise that helps you gain confidence in your self awareness and ability to self direct from whatever energetic state you may find yourself in.

Beloved, toss out your worries. What do you need them for? What good do they do you? Find other things to think about again and again.

Think how fortunate you are time and time again and again. Look at the blessings you have stumbled on. It’s time to recognize how blessed you are to be alive on Earth. Imagine, you go this way and that, and blessed be to have the privilege to sing and dance on Earth.

The whisperings of your past may come to call soon. Dear one, this is not something to be fearful of…it is a gift!  Some of them may bring up feelings of guilt, shame, sadness, anger or disappointment.  The Universe is reminding you that they have been sent, in this moment, for resolution and release.  These quiet echoes remind you of who you used to be, how you have changed and point you to what you will become.  Gratefully accept it as a new way of growing and learning about yourself.  Once that have completely passed from your life, a certain peace and calm will settle.  You have earned it, you deserve it and you are most certainly worth of it. ~ Creator

Being easy with yourself when things come up for healing allows you to shift with far greater ease with the assistance of your own love and nurturing. Every single time something comes into your awareness for healing or release, it is indicating that you are becoming lighter, more authentic, more aligned, more shifted. It is a wonderful thing to celebrate, that it is no longer a match for you to carry that old fear or wound and that you have worked and evolved to the point where it can now be let go. It is proof positive of your own evolution. Beloved, is peace a yearning or a fact of life? There do seem to be eruptions of less than peace at home and afield.

Is peace a requirement on Earth? Certainly, upset tends to be seen as a violation. Maybe there are some who yearn for confrontation and upset, as if confrontation and upset could hold salvation therein. Perhaps there are some who admire friction, because friction may bolster them with a sense of control, and anger seen as power prevailing.

Certainly, Oneness desires peace in abundance. Oneness doesn’t sit around thinking of offenses to fend off.
