These are challenging times upon your planet. As an agent of change, a being of Light, you and all others will be most effective in bringing about transformation and change by holding a clear pure vibration of joy, gratitude and appreciation.

It is important for your well-being, your health, and your ability to connect with your Divine Essence. It is important to recognize when you are vibrating at a low, dense, heavy emotion of fear, anger, sadness, frustration and worry, in order to shift that reality as quickly as possible. It is important for you to make this shift in each moment.

Remember, when you are operating at the frequency of these low, dense emotions, you are automatically plugged into the mass consciousness grid that matches these feelings.

Alright. We’ve talked for some time about Third Eye development and using a pinecone image in the Pineal Gland in the center of the head, and that is still a very good image. And I’d say use an earthy color, or maybe copper or bronze kind of color, or russet, something in those lines to just sort of make it very earthy looking.

The Third Eye center and the Pineal Gland are key elements during this time period. One is for telepathic connection to Ascended Masters and the Angelic Kingdoms and each other.

Another reason is that the fluctuations going on in the cosmic levels, the alteration of the magnetic North Pole, alterations that occur when there are solar flares and solar storms or things that affect the magnetic shield around the planet basically.
