Who’s In Charge?
A gentle reminder; you are the one in charge of your growth and healing, you are in charge of your perceptions and emotions. If you choose to say, “You are making me feel ____” or “You are doing ____ to me”, you are relinquishing your power. You are solely responsible for who you are in any given moment. Once you grasp this concept, things will become easier. As always, free will is yours. ~ Creator

Your Heart Knows the Unknown
God said:
I favor the heart whereas the world has favored the mind. I don’t disfavor the mind. The only thing is that the intellect generally tends to be seen as smarter than the heart.
Sometimes I see the mind as a saber or scimitar that slices through life right and left. Or I see the mind as a knife that shaves off the meat of the heart, whittles it down to the bone, as if the heart is too fat and needs to be trimmed down. The mind seems to like to think that the heart is a ruffian, wild and uncouth, more like an unruly teen-ager who feeds on emotion.
The modern mind has too often played down the heart as if the heart doesn’t know better or doesn't know anything at all.
Consider that the mind makes up its mind. The thing is that the mind knows only its own reasoning. The prudent mind knows limits and the past and what is already known. The mind sees the heart as rudderless. The mind overlooks that the heart is an ace when it comes to the Unknown.
We could say that the mind uses numbers while the heart uses feelings. The mind explains. The heart listens. The mind is filled with many thoughts. The heart looks beneath the surface. The heart surprises itself.
Make room for the heart. The heart has been given a reputation as unthinking, uneducated. Hello, the heart is an adventurer.
The mind has been a refuter. The mind readily says No. The mind is propped up by applause while the world too often tends to put down the heart and tell it to be quiet.

Day 151 Smile Awhile

SMILE AWHILE Today we have a simple exercise for you. It is called “smile.”
If you are reading this in the morning, then we ask that when you go out today, smile and nod a greeting to everyone you meet, making brief eye contact when possible.
If you will not be going outside today, send smiles telepathically to the people you find yourself thinking about, especially those you may be having any problems with. Consider taking a few moments to go through your address book and send a brief smile to at least twenty people.
If you are reading this in the evening, then make a note to yourself to remember to smile at everyone you encounter tomorrow. Make smiling a habit. It is a great physical, mental, emotional and spiritual exercise! Selamet! Chuen 8

Dream Sanctuary: the Role of Recurring Settings in Dreams

My previous article regarding dreams and how they’ve influenced my life started the same way I’d like to start this one: It has been an age-old debate as to what exactly dreams are. Many questions have arisen on the topic, and dreams are filled with so much speculative history that it has become a concept of wondrous intrigue. Throughout documented time, dreams have been revered, feared, judged, and interpreted. Entire careers have been created for the purpose of understanding dreams, and entire lives have been spent driven toward answering the question: what are dreams and how can they help us? This article is not meant to answer these questions specifically, but to shed light on one aspect of our dreamscape which I have personally studied in depth: our dream sanctuary.
Changing The Focus
When you feel yourself stuttering to a stop….Breathe. Look. Feel; really feel into the issue presenting itself. Then change the focus from negative to positive. Yes, it is that easy. ~ Creator

Your Oneness will arise in all its glory and magnificence to amaze and delight you.
Most of you have a problem with the truth that All are One. As separated humans, individuals in your own separate bodies, it is very difficult for you to conceive of being one with someone you dislike, let alone with someone who is generally recognized as a criminal or as an oppressive dictator. But those are just illusory aspects of yourself that resulted from the attempted separation from your divine Source. When you awaken, as you inevitably will because it is both your will and God’s, your Oneness will arise in all its glory and magnificence to amaze and delight you.
Your various earthly cultures and ethnicities have very complex and exacting standards of behavior to which you are taught to conform as you grow from infancy to adulthood. On reaching adulthood those standards of behavior have become so ingrained that you never even think of questioning their validity because you “know” that those standards are right. And of course you regularly come across people of different cultures and ethnicities who you see as behaving “strangely, inappropriately, unacceptably.”
20 Ways To Easily Boost Your Immune System
Source: www.trueactivist.com | Original Post Date: October 14, 2013 –
Every year a new round of advertisements, medicines, and commercials targeting stuffy-nosed, cold victims circulate. It’s obviously no fun to be brought down by a virus or bug when the cold weather hits, therefore the following preventative and immune-boosting tips will help you skip the viruses brought on by cold weather and instead enjoy the chilly season and all it offers.
1. Avoid simple sugars
Consuming too much sugar suppresses the immune system cells responsible for attacking bacteria. Even just consuming 75 – 100 grams of sugar solution (about the same as two 12 oz sodas) reduces the ability of white blood cells to overpower and destroy bacteria. Opt for natural fruit juices, teas, and water to flush your cells, boost your immune system with vitamins, and keep you hydrated.
