Judgment is the energy of observation combined with superiority and separation. Observation, on its own, allows you see and learn from another’s experience, while staying in the energies of acceptance and unity. How about having some mercy? Have mercy on yourself as well. I hear you grumble about yourself sometimes all day long. You are excellent at finding fault. Be better at finding anything but fault. This is your choice to make. To find fault or not to find fault. To be loving to yourself or not loving to yourself. To be gentle with yourself or hard on yourself. To create joy or one more recrimination. To create one more blot upon yourself or to love yourself.

It is not humble to find fault with anyone. It is haughty. Why on Earth then would you think there is value in harassing yourself? What does finding fault get you except low esteem? Perhaps you even use superlative terms about yourself such as: “I must be the most stupid person on this planet.” In that sense, you may even consider yourself the best of all fools - as if being the best of fools is a feather in your cap.

Why malign yourself? You malign Me when you malign yourself. Do something else. Give yourself a break. Let go of fault. Express yourself with greater aplomb.

Only in the world are there bests and worsts. There is no Guinness Book of Records in Heaven. There are no such conclusions drawn.

Consider yourself good. You are made by God. By what Divine Right do you see yourself as possibly less or the least? I ask you not to judge. Judging is such a presumption. What qualifies you, beloveds, to judge? Only in the world is judgment extolled.

I love My creation, and you are part of My creation. I made you with all the Power of God.

In this time of global energetic change, many people are transitioning to higher expanded paradigms. While this is a good thing, the collapsing of an old paradigm, which includes habitual ways of knowing and experiencing the world, may give rise to fear. But fear is not a big bad enemy. It’s simply a low frequency energy that you can recognize and overcome.

There are some things you can do to move beyond any fear or resistance you may have while making this transition. They include practicing being centred, reducing reactivity, being in a state of love, and observing fear.

1. Practice Being Centred

This may seem obvious, but with change it is easy to get caught up in current events and daily to-dos. To centre yourself, commit to and set aside a specific time every day to sit in stillness and simply be present...

In the worst colony die-off in nine years, American beekeepers lost 42.1% of their hives since April 2014, with the heaviest loss occurring in summer — a fact that has alarmed entomologists. As part of an annual survey in partnership with the US Dept of Agriculture, beekeepers reported that over two in five of their colonies had died, and now the task of bringing numbers back, means they will have to divide the surviving hives.

According to study co-author Keith Delaplane, “What we’re seeing with this bee problem is just a loud signal that there’s some bad things happening with our agro-ecosystems. We just happen to notice it with the honeybee because they are so easy to count.”

Extremely heavy losses were seen in Delaware, Illinois, Iowa, Maine, Maryland, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, where 60% of the bees were wiped out.

Too often we find ourselves within our comfort zone, we get into a rut that we just cannot step out of. How does this improve us as a person? It doesn’t. Yet, stepping out of our comfort zone is a daunting task for many of us. Here are four of the most useful tips to be found to help you push your boundaries and get more out of your days.

1. Take Risks

There are times where taking a risk is stupid. Jumping traffic to get to work a few minutes early, skip that. Yet, offering to pick up a project at work when you know your boss is going to offer it to someone else, yeah that is a manageable risk. It might mean you have more on your plate for the day or week, but you will be in the eyes of your superior. Now, they can see you are an asset to the company, and that could mean a promotion.

A new study published in Nature estimates the planet has 3.04 trillion trees. The research says 15.3 billion trees are chopped down every year. It also estimates that 46% of the world’s trees have been cleared over the past 12,000 years.

When it comes to the world’s forests, two of the commonly asked questions are “How many trees are are on Earth?” and “How many trees are cut down each year?” A new study proposes answers: three trillion and 15.3 billion.

The research, published today in the journal Nature, is based on a combination of satellite imagery, on-the-ground inventories, and computer modeling led by Thomas Crowther of the Netherlands Institute of Ecology. Crowther conducted the research while at Yale University.
