More often than not, when life becomes stagnant we don’t even realize it has happened. One day we just wake up and – Bam! We understand we’re in a rut and usually have no idea how we got there. A retracing of steps and some honest soul work is usually on the cards – exactly how did I get to this point?

Invariably the answer is close to the surface and can be easily remedied. But beware. An un-examined stagnation period can turn into a life badly lived, and if we aren’t careful it isn’t long before our main regret is not that we didn’t keep our noses down and our mind on the goal but that we didn’t stop to take a look around. Life is messy. It’s not always linear. In fact there’s a lot of too-ing and fro-ing; one step back and two steps forward. Sometimes all we need to do is stop and readjust. We need to keep our dialogue with the universe open and flowing. Else our stream might dry up.

Did you know that the fear of disappointment stops more people from living their lives than anything else? We are so afraid of disappointment that we fail to even dream. Many of us believe it’s better not to dream at all than to get our hopes up, only to fall.

If you live your life in fear of disappointment, you are not truly living — disappointment has tricked you into playing it safe, and you will end up with the very thing you sacrificed your life to avoid.

Disappointment is your ill begotten friend who wants to keep you safe from loss and pain. But disappointment knows nothing of resiliency, determination, and perseverance. Disappointment knows nothing of reaching the mountain top and planting your flag!

What do Neil Young, Pope Francis, and German beekeepers have in common? They’re all speaking out against genetically engineered crops and the excessive use of toxic pesticides.

Meanwhile, the chemical technology industry is feverishly trying to revamp its image by renaming itself and putting out new spins on words, to disguise what they’re really all about.

The sad fact is, the chemical industry has to a large degree taken over the food industry, not to mention hijacked the federal regulatory process. In essence, most of the population is being fed by poison experts. The Grocery Manufacturers Association (GMA), which has (by its own admission) been instrumental in keeping Americans in the dark about what’s in our food, also admits it has played an integral role in shaping the draconian “DARK Act” — ‘Denying Americans the Right to Know’ — which delivers Monsanto everything they’ve ever wanted on a silver platter while obliterating the democratic process.

Within you is a spark, a piece of the Divine placed there before your arrival to aid you in your journey on your Earth-plane existence.  As you travel, there will be others that attempt to douse, shove it aside or smother it with unkind words or actions.  It is up to you whether you allow this or not.  Remember that any amount of love, large or small, will keep it shining brightly. ~ Creator

Many of you, as you navigate the shifting energies, bemoan the fact that you have become so sensitive. That sensitivity is a wonderful thing!

The more aware you are, the less contrast is required for self definition and redirection. Those who are still asleep and deeply unaware often require big events to get their attention. The beauty of your heightened sensitivity and awareness is that you begin to notice subtle energy and can choose to redefine and redirect far faster and easier than ever before.

Do you see? The continual shifting you are doing and the resulting heightened sensitivity is not about making you more uncomfortable in the world. Your basic heart is pure. Then interference accrues. Static takes over. The individual, the seeming owner of the body, starts to feel frail and unprotected. This is you. Admit this.

Then the entity known as ego steps in as your defender, and you become resistant to love. You embrace the fear of being offended. You are en garde. You are ready to duel at the drop of a hat. No one is going to take advantage of you. No one is going to get the better of you. Ego won’t let that happen. At these times, ego rules the roost. It is like you are the King or Queen, and others must be prepared to kiss your feet, or else, you deign in heart: “Off with their heads.”

You hold on to believing that you are in the right and that you must fight to prove it. You become self-righteous when you are, in fact, defeating yourself. This is what is meant by shooting yourself in the foot. This is what is meant by sabotaging yourself. This is what is meant by cutting off your foot to fit the shoe. This is nailing your foot to the floor. This is trying to hold life in place, and, you, right or wrong, in the forefront, a supreme being who can do no wrong and must defend himself to the end. This has been your practice on more than one occasion. Yes, dear ones, you may feel another is slandering you, yet it is you slandering your True Self.
