Waking Times

In ancient days there were philosopher kings and queens, sages and wise councils who led, or rather encouraged, mankind. They did this by their innate understanding, not by force or decree, but by loving and compassionate empowerment and without hierarchy. They simply pointed the way for humanity to discover its own true self by conscious awakening and the realization of its true potential.

Truly benign and loving sages, shamans and elders who sought the best for humanity.

Sad to say however, those days were usually scuttled by blood thirsty power mongers, as in the days of ancient Greece and other more enlightened civilizations being overthrown by warlords, or as in the cases of the deliberate evisceration of native peoples across the world. No doubt this cycle has been repeated for millennia, even before recorded history.

How many times have you used these statements;
I am damaged.
I am broken.
I am worthless.
I am useless.
Rest assured, The Universe has never created any of these things!  You are, as you have always been, perfect in your imperfections.  Things may not always go according to plan, but they are moving in a direction that works in your highest and best.  Once you get the hang of forward movement, there is nothing that can stop it. ~ Creator

Your soul is, by nature, expansive. It wishes to grow, flow, and experience. Your mind, naturally, seeks to constrain into categories and predictability. It wishes to put things into the context of what it already knows. This is where much of the discomfort of the human experience comes from – the tug of war between the desire for freedom and movement from the soul, and the desire for control and containment from the mind.

The comfort that you seek comes from honouring both. If you understand that freedom and love are the greatest joys of the soul, you can meet that need by allowing the heart to lead the way. Since the mind likes to catalogue information, you can get it involved by asking it to track the successes of heart-centered living. By employing both, you have found a balance that satisfies the integral parts of the human experience, and will be moving forward with far greater ease and cooperation from all vital aspects of self. ~Archangel Gabriel

If you are struggling with an illness, changing your perception can empower and inspire you in many ways. It can lead to greater love and understanding, perhaps even a life purpose. Although this may be your greatest challenge, is illness nothing more than a spiritual assignment? Has everything been divinely designed to bring you closer to God, resulting in a happier, more joyful, purpose-driven life?

Illness as a Contrast, to Analyze

If you believe this to be true, you can start by separating from the symptoms, as they are not a part of you? Discover what is at the root of the illness, release it, and move on. Stop talking about being sick. It’s natural for people to inquire, however, they may not realize, you are reiterating the same story over and over. It’s best to talk about what you want. “I am getting a little better every day”.

Here’s a scenario that I am sure will resonate with many of you reading this article. You get up and take a shower, eat breakfast, get dressed and go off to work, all the time trying to feel positive and hoping for a great day. You hit heavy traffic, horns blowing, brakes screeching, or the bus or train is crowded. Then you remember the kids forgot their lunch, and finally you look down and realize you’re now wearing your cup of coffee! You walk into the office thinking you looked okay when you left your house, until one of your co-workers says, “Wow! Are you sick? You look really tired!”

There’s Never Enough Time!

Sound familiar? This is how a lot of people often start their day. Your stress and anxiety levels rise to critical levels and you never get the chance to stop to catch your breath before launching into work. When we don’t stop, breathe and check-in, the rest of the day will often be spent just trying to catch up. When your mind and body are in a perpetual state of stress, then it’s almost impossible to acknowledge and listen to your intuition.

CONSCIOUS LIVING   From birth onward (and also from previous lifetimes) each of you has unique life experiences. Along the way, you make a myriad of choices. These experiences imprint in your memory, which are then stored in your physical and aural bodies. Love, in all forms, whether they are thoughts, words, actions or emotions are free flowing. They wisp in and out, flowing through the Uni-verse, creating waves of sensuality and causing tides of yumminess. Fear-based emotions and thoughtforms, on the other hand, glop together, creating a dense mass that is hard to penetrate.

Through time, this will destroy your health as they manifest in a variety of dis-eases. With sincere desire, you will be able to uncode these thoughtforms before they manifest physically. In addition, they must be eradicated from your aural field in order to not cause you problems in the future. To change these belief codes, they must be unraveled, one at a time.
